Arsenal to rival Liverpool with late £32m bid for Julian Draxler

Although most of the Arsenal transfer rumours all seem to be about our players leaving, including Mustafi, Alexis and Oxlade-Chamberlain, but surely the Gunners must be making enquiries about actually bring replacements in as well.

The fact is that if Alexis goes to Man City, then Wenger will have no choice but to try and appease the fans with a new superstar signing, and according to LeSport10, he has gone back with another bid for the PSG man Julian Draxler. They have reported: Pour Julian Draxler, le PSG reste à l’écoute du marché.

This translates to: “For Julian Draxler, PSG are listening to the market. After Borussia Dortmund and Liverpool, who have indicated they may be interested in Draxler, as revealed by the 10Sport, a third major European club has just come to the news on the record. According to our information, Arsenal has indeed taken information in the last hours on the conditions of the transfer. For now, the Gunners have not moved, but everything could accelerate in the coming days. Business to follow.”

The Metro is reporting that we are considering a £32m bid for the German international.

Does this mean that Arsenal are waiting on developments from the Alexis saga before making a bid? Watch this space..

Another poor attempt to fool us fans. We all know PSG valued him at £35m so why out in a lower bid. Why not bid £35m And £1 and shut up shop. I mean personally I would make it 40m at this point. But hey I am just a angry fan I don’t know the gane like wenger.

Oh, please, stop all this nonsense about who we might bring in. Once and for all no one of any merit is going to come to Arsenal. The clubs in a mess – Stevie Wonder can see that!!! As for Wenger, the manager no one wants to play for, the only job I’d give him is selling programs outside the ground!!!!

I’ve spoke to my sources .
    All I’m saying….ketchup everywhere

No possible transfer can excuse the fact we’re selling Alexis to city and we sold the Ox to Chelsea! Why would any player want to join us? I hope Wenger gets the reception he deserves at the Emirates. This is a circus run by Arsene the clown and the joke is on us.

What would you prefer? Lose them for nothing anyway at the end of the season? At least now we will have the funds to try and replace them adequately.

Thats not the point…the point is why were their contracts left to run into their final years?!…this club is a joke in all fronts

      2. Lugdush

No my friend, we will have founds, but we will not replace them adequately…but im ok with selling ox. Selling alexis is something we all know are going to happen since the board choosed to continue with its policy to privilege money from honour, renewing the CEO of this company besides getting a new proper coach

Lies and counter-lies and smokescreen heaven that is Arsenal. The only transfer we ALL want id Arsene’s arse out of the door.

I’d add the Owner, the Arsenal Board of Directors and all their minions who supported this dirty greedy road map.

As a long standing wenger fan and akb. I’ve finally been broken down. In wenger i trusted. But how can anyone justify our season so far. Ramsey and ozil! Apologies not accepted. Ramsey should never pull on an arsenal shirt ever again. Never have I been so frustrated at an arsenal player.

Being reported that Sanchez wants to join city and they want to sign him -so that will be about 150 mil from sales and about 50 mil spent – the arsenal way -why on earth we have left it till the last few days to get rid of 4 1st teamers I’ll never understand-we could of sold these players 2months ago and got in the right players but no we signed just 2 players and they are not an upgrade on what we have sold or are goer sell- we were promised change and this is what they meant lol- a good 100 mil profit and a team ready to fight out for 6th- 10 th place

Mr.Wenger is just trying to fool us by bringing a player in.We all know dat we can’t achieve anything under his leadership. We musn’t allow them to fool us again.Let’s unite and take the necessary action.Kroenke is the root of this mess.LET’S UNITE.

We struggling to move Gibbs. Can’t take a pay cut at Watford apparently.

This summer we are moving the “key” players (Alexis, Ox and Mustafi) so we must rely on the “deadwoods” (Gibbs, Wilshere et al).

Injury prone Wilshere will cover for Cazorla. Injury prone Gibbs will cover at LB/LWB -a position where we are lacking numbers apparently.

We may need Joel Campbell for squad depth. We are gonna successfully keep Lucas Perez so he can retain his place in the reserves.

And we’ve waited all summer to do all of this.

Why does it even matter if we sign Draxler or anyone else for that matter? Wenger will play useless Welbeck anyway or will bring back Yaya Sonogo.

WE ARSENAL FANS SUMTIMES TALK TOO MUCH…LETS JUST BOYCOTT OUR NEXT HOME MATCH…HIT THEM HARD….SIMPLE

    1. iGooner

I’ve already stopped buying Arsenal merchandise, and they can forget me buying my three children another Arsenal kit…

Boycotting d next match alone will not do d magic,, l suggests all matches for d season will do let’s see if Kroenke will bag millions. I for one do not blame any player who wants out for a poor excuse in a club called Arsenal. I hope all the players who want out if r not sold u bring d down fall of this poor excuse of a club called Arsenal.

If Draxler comes to us, I’d have to wonder if he is under some kind of a spell. Because this club is in a right mess at the moment and I can’t imagine anyone on the international level joining us at this point in time.

10000 away fans in the emirates and 1000 home fans in the emirates.. with a banner that reads

At risk of referring to the article-

Drexler – Yes. And twice on Saturday.

At that price or similar – absolute no-brainer
