After4 all that has happened with Arsenal Football Club already this season, especially in the last few weeks in which back to back defeats to Watford and Chelsea ended any realistic hopes of the Premier League title and the humiliating hammering away to Bayern Munich left us needing a miracle to stay in the Champions League, a lot of Arsenal fans will not be happy with anything less than a heavy win over National Lea\gue club Sutton United in the FA cup tonight.
However, I can see it being a tough night for the Gunners for all sorts of reasons, including the pitch and the fact that the home side will be totally fired up while Arsenal are not in a good place right now. That is why I for one will be happy to see Arsenal draw tonight.
A replay, while not being the ideal result against a team so far below us in the echelons of English football, would keep us in the competition and at the Emirates in a week or two it would be a game that we would almost certainly win. The FA cup really is our only hope of a trophy this season and with the other non league club Lincoln City at home waiting for the winner of this tie and with Chelsea and Man United drawn together, Arsenal are very close to Wembley.
Arsene Wenger and the players just need to make sure we don’t mess it up tonight because there is a chance of a massive upset being on the cards. Would you be happy to see this go to a replay?

Nothing more than a comprehensive win tonight will do. First team players should start and finish this game as it’s all we have got to play for. 6 nil is the score line required and nothing less.

Usually, I am just happy with a win (whatever the score line)
But tonight if we can’t win by a few goals (3+) then I don’t see us beating Chelsea, United, City etc.
We need a comprehensive win
If we approach the game with respect for our opponents, but also respect for our own ability then we will easily win.
Games like these are lost with going out there thinking we just have to turn up and our ability will win.
Hard work, good attitude and do the basics right and it will all be fine……………………………………………..or SHOULD be. 😉

I can see Wenger going to FC Barcelona also because Luis Enrique’s contract expires.
He is gonna get a lot of trophies at Barca.

Thats possible but there’s also talk of Klopp being lined up for the Barcelona vacancy.
I wouldn’t be surprised if Wenger heads out to China, that’s where the money is and he has obviously been offered something, otherwise Wenger wouldn’t have made the statement he made recently-ish regarding being in management next season, whether it’s at Arsenal or elsewhere ?

Borehamwood Wood (yes football club is two words but town one word) beat Sutton 5-0 two weeks ago and the Wood are not very good!
