Arsenal still have the small matter of securing a top four finish and preferably avoiding the two legged play offs for the Champions League group stage at the start of next season. But inevitably the Arsenal fans, players and manager will be looking forward to the end of this season and our grand finale of a second successive FA cup final.
But if the Gunners are to make it a second successful Wembley final in a row, it looks like we are going to have to be at our best. Even though we were all happy to see Liverpool knocked out in their own semi-final last weekend, the winners Aston Villa are looking like they will also be very tough opponents in the final.
Tim Sherwood has really turned around their fortunes and got them playing some very good football. And that was highlighted once again this weekend against Man City, even though they eventually lost the game 3-2. That only happened thanks to a shocking offside call against Benteke who had just been brought down in the box by Joe Hart. So instead of having a penalty and the City keeper sent off with hardly any time left, they were denied and then saw City score in the final minutes.
The way Villa are playing tells me that they will definitely avoid relegation and that will give them all a huge boost before heading to Wembley, so Arsenal need to be ready for them or else…
This is a rejuvenate villa but I think man city have their own problems….I hope we can restart our winning run nd to confirm we re challenging next season; we should beat united in old trafford.
2nd position in the premier league and F A cup is not a bad achievement in a season we ve been written off.

Yesterday was the day the Universe presented Arsene with a chance to break the Maureen-spell, but what did he do? He rather showed how unnecessarily naïve he can be at crucial moments, beclouded by biased sentiments and failed to do the appropriate thing.
Comparatively, it is a conclusive fact that Maurinho is tacticaLly better than Arsene (yeah, I just said that, now shoot me!!!). In yesterday’s game, at some point in time it became very obvious that Ozil was inexplicably fatigued and seemingly discombobulated, he could not make any pass to him count. Any very objective and calculative coach would have taken him (Ozil) off. We had Santi and Ramsey on the pitch, but very creative and energetic (Santi being more creative, of the two, but Ramsey being energetic and very physical). Arsene, in my opinion, since we wanted to really break down the Chelsea bus, could have brought in an offensive player like Danny (preferably) in place of Ozil.
After yesterday’s game, I just wanted to be left alone with Arsene in a room, just one on one.
That must have been hard for the Greater Portuguese Gob on Sunday, staying silent for 1minute for the Bradford victims..

Ozil shouldnt have played all 90mins, he was already tired at about 60mins. What (tactically naive) Wenger should have done was to substitute him for welbs who would have added pace to the attack. Is Rosicky injured? he was really missed yesterday. By far, Carzola remains our best No.10. At the moment, he is playing too deep to work magic.
