Arsenal given MASSIVE FA Cup warning by Aston Villa!

Arsenal still have the small matter of securing a top four finish and preferably avoiding the two legged play offs for the Champions League group stage at the start of next season. But inevitably the Arsenal fans, players and manager will be looking forward to the end of this season and our grand finale of a second successive FA cup final.

But if the Gunners are to make it a second successful Wembley final in a row, it looks like we are going to have to be at our best. Even though we were all happy to see Liverpool knocked out in their own semi-final last weekend, the winners Aston Villa are looking like they will also be very tough opponents in the final.

Tim Sherwood has really turned around their fortunes and got them playing some very good football. And that was highlighted once again this weekend against Man City, even though they eventually lost the game 3-2. That only happened thanks to a shocking offside call against Benteke who had just been brought down in the box by Joe Hart. So instead of having a penalty and the City keeper sent off with hardly any time left, they were denied and then saw City score in the final minutes.

The way Villa are playing tells me that they will definitely avoid relegation and that will give them all a huge boost before heading to Wembley, so Arsenal need to be ready for them or else…

This is a rejuvenate villa but I think man city have their own problems….I hope we can restart our winning run nd to confirm we re challenging next season; we should beat united in old trafford.

2nd position in the premier league and F A cup is not a bad achievement in a season we ve been written off.

And I hope we start next season as we finish this…

After yesterday’s game, I just wanted to be left alone with Arsene in a room, just one on one.

Opinions divided. What do you think? Thumb up 10 Thumb down 10

That must have been hard for the Greater Portuguese Gob on Sunday, staying silent for 1minute for the Bradford victims..
    May they rest in peace.

I hate you, Maureenho, but you speak the truth: Boring is ten years without the title.

    Now that’s got me burning!!!

Exactly, just how could Arsene take off Giroud??? Heck I don’t like Giroud but he should have stayed ONNNN!!! I f***king AGREE with Maureen there. U pathetic lots!!! What do u know about tactics??? U think the Ozil we have is the one whose performances u dictate on FIFA 15? This Ozil is “two steps forwards, five steps backwards.”

When Ramsey moved to the middle yesterday, did u not see the effect? Or have u all forgotten how fantastic Santi has always been for us as our number 10??? With great assists and goals??? U forget Santi both assists and scores with both feet???

When a seemingly hot and tough chick falls for me, I don’t hesitate giving her a damn good f**** to remember. That’s what Chelsea did yesterday: they were there for the taking and we should have made them pay. BUT WE MESSED UP OURESELVES!!!

Not many team would be able to move the bus packed by chelsea yesterday…barca the so called most attacking team in the world haven’t beating mourinho team in noticable number of times…

Chelsea task was easy yesterday….don’t lose; compared to ours of winning.

Will like to c this arsenal team play chelsea in the beginnin or middle of the season rather than @ the tail end when our aim is different.

That being said, with this our new set up, I think its easier to beat chelsea @ their backyard where they will play attacking football rather than away where the always set up to defend.

It was a better perfoemance from arsenal…let enjoy the positives and work on the negatives

It’s either Grahame days of boring Arsenal or Wengers way. Chelsea like the days of Grahame win 1 -0. Better that win 4-0 then draw next game. We lost games at 2-0 up that if he had subed earlier in the games with the young ones we would be top. He did not have the confidence in them, but when he had to with injuries they Bloomed when played
Next season you make the changes to not loose when in front. No good hoping you go 3-0 up then change you do it at 0-0 or 1-0 so as not to lose even if it’s booring .CB

Yes, the Gunners defended well yesterday as a team. But failed to fully complete the task that was ahead them as they inserted the Unlocking Key into the Locked App Data Game Plan of Jose Mourinho and his Blues outfit. But failed to turn the key to unlock the App and infest it with the Trojans Gunners to render it obsolete. The Jose’s game plan was, Consolidating Title Winning Locked App Game Plan Blues Starts . And the unlocking Key was, Foiling Consolidating Title Winning Gunners Starts. Only one shot on target that didn’t score means other shots on target that will score have to be taken by our Gunners. But they didn’t. How then did they expect to beat the Blues. We should half blame the boss, he started the game with his strongest starting XI who have won for him 8 Barclays Premier League games consecutively. But failed to keep his 18 goals striker on the field and should have brought on Walcott or Rosicky on for Coquelin he wanted off. I keep saying this, Welbeck is a profigator in front of goal for Arsenal. Rosicky was not on the bench. But Walcott is, should have be introduced earlier than he was with 7 minutes to go? Why not 15 to go. He has a history of scoring against Chelsea and he is a prolific scorer. Anyway, let’s not be crying over half split milk. At least we didn’t lose the game, We are going to Hull next to face the Hull City Tigers who uncharacteristically held us to an unwanted drawn game at the Emirates Stadium early on in the season. I believe the Gunners know that the Tigers are battling to escape the drop, must be tamed and at least, 4 of them must be caged and be brought to the Emirates Stadium exhibition room for the Gooners to beheld. Every game has it’s own complexion. The Locked App Data Game Plan of Steve Bruce for this HCFC vs AFC is early revealed as: SECURE PREMIER LEAGUE FOOTBALL TIGERS STARTS. And the Unlocking Key to unlock Steve Bruce’s Locked App Game Plan Starts against the boss and the Gunners on Monday night is revealed as: UNGUARANTEED PREMEIR LEAGUE FOOTBALL GUNNERS STARTS. The are in no any mood to dash out 1 point to any relegation battlers to help them safeguard their Premier League football. The Gunners are under pressure themselves to keep collecting all 3 points in each of their remaining 5 BPL games. And are going to unfailing collect all the 3 points that will be at stake at the KC Stadium. The boss should please constitute the Gunners starts to conform with the Unlocking Key to unlock Steve Bruce’s Locked App Game Plan Tigers Starts against him and the Gunners. Hope is not lost until it is finally lost. A miracle can still happen.

Ozil shouldnt have played all 90mins, he was already tired at about 60mins. What (tactically naive) Wenger should have done was to substitute him for welbs who would have added pace to the attack. Is Rosicky injured? he was really missed yesterday. By far, Carzola remains our best No.10. At the moment, he is playing too deep to work magic.

You can never beat Chelsea when U have Arsene Wenger as Ur Arsenal Coach & Moureenhoo as Chelshit leader! I’m angry at Wenger… We had this game, a better sub would have been helpful. Wenger was pleased with d draw when we needed a win. #Shame#
