Bellerin happy to work hard for his place at Arsenal

The young Spaniard Hector Bellerin has already made eight starts for the Gunners his season due to our horrendous injury list, but he has made it clear that he knows other players are ahead of him in the pecking order, but he has a plan on how to get ahead of them in the future.

Bellerin said on “You know there are always players in front of and behind you, who are going to try to get your spot. The only thing you can do is learn from them.

“You know that if they are in front of you, it’s because they are better than you, so that means that they are something that you’re not doing right.

“When Bacary was here, I used to look at his games and analyse him, because I think he was one of the best players we used to have on the pitch. When Jenko or Calum play, it’s about analysing the things they do right and wrong.

“When I play my games, I need to analyse myself. I need to wait for my time – work hard every day and be patient, because that’s what it’s about.”

That’s a great attitude from the 20 year-old, and if he sticks to that humble plan there is no doubt that he will one day become a regular starter even when everyone is fit. Keep at it Hector, and you will go far……

No no, he needs to find out what he can do differently than chambers/jenko so he can get ahead of them. He’s got more speed and better dribbling, his crosses are also phenomenal but i think his reading of the game and his defensive side of the game is weak. There you go! Work on the defensive side of the game like tackling, positional awareness and duels to be the #1 guy there, if jenko gets back bellerin needs a loan spell to pick up in game form.

Jenkins isn’t coming back. I like Bellerin. Debuchy is great, but Bellerin is faster and will be our starter hopefully long term. We need a back up for left back,

      20 yr old Dinosaur?
      What does that make
      Wenger at 65?
      Die- now -sour 🙂
Seriously I think Wenger rates Bellerin highly.

Good to see one come from
    our youth ranks. Bellerin should
    swap with Jenks when Jenks
finishes his learning curve at WHam.
Ideally we would have a youngster
    come through in every position.
    CB Hayden. Ajayi.
    DM Kamara.
    Wing Maitland Niles
    Mid Zelalem. Crowley.
    Str Akpom. Afobe.
Why spend 42 mill chasing rainbows
when we can get them free, ready made
    from our own back yard?

Yeah, they should all make the first team by next season when we start playing in the Championship.

Fantastic right-back, is going to give Debuchy a good run for his spot the coming 2,5 years.
His attitude on the pitch and in the media is very positive and he’s letting everybody involved/affiliating with Arsenal know that he is grateful for the opportunities he has been given so far.

    Rumour Arsenal Lineup

    Dybala Ozil Sanchez
    ____Ramsey Sissoko
    Gibbs Koscielny Perrin Debuchy

If you asked me, I’ll say we won’t get any of them. Probably someone on 6 month loan from Spanish second division.

With Arsene in charge, it won’t surprise me at if we get Kolo Toure and Almunia Sandros back with us on loan. At least I’m being realistic.

      Dybala Ozil Sanchez
      ____Messi Sissoko
      Alba Koscielny Hummels Carvajal
      Szcz Chambers Gibbs
      Khedira Reus (as always) 🙂
      Naymar Higuain
Ok a couple have not been in the rumour mill but
I just added then any way 🙂

Perrin is the only transfer that has a chance of happening. Everything else is nonsense made up by the media as click-bait.

He needs to pass out from the back better. Constantly gets caught out, but makes up 4 it with his pace. Personally i think he offers more than chambers offensively and defensively. Needs more game time

I feel blessed to have seen the fastest CB in the history of football play for Arsenal: grandPer.

          1. jonestown1

Worrying thing is that Per could give Hummels a decent race in a sprint and Hummels assumes God-like qualities on here. Knocking Merts for his pace then craving Hummels is daft.

Hopefully wenger will learn from his mistakes and invest in carvalho this Window. Two birds one stone, surely he can’t be worse than mertasacker

  7. muffdiver

people called hector tend to be great.
even hector from movie troy was decent, an that was a sh*t film.

  8. Hafiz Rahman

he needs to go on loan for a few seasons like Fab, Messi, Ronaldo, Viera, Henry etc…they all went for a few seasons on a loan before playing first team football

    1. ArseneIsYourDaddy

Nah, Bellerin is nearly ready. He got burned at Stoke. Made up for all those mistakes the next game. You could tell he learns very very quickly.

      1. Hafiz Rahman

        hes not ready

we need a big name big tag world class RB…

        Get Aurier….at 20yo hes ready….and experienced

  9. fred cowardly

It would be interesting to see all our fastest players together. Maybe in an FA Cup match like Brighton

Bellerin and Akpom beat Walcott’s 40m record

    Against Brighton

  10. CraigZWE

    Ronaldo Messi Robben
    Ribery Schweinstiger Suarez
    Alba Company Silva Lahm

Wenger must invest in this team if he want to win anything
