Chelsea boss worried about awesome Arsenal full backs?

I have seen quite a few football pundits this season who have included both of the first choice Arsenal full backs Nacho Monreal and Hector Bellerin in their Premier League team of the season, and I am certainly not going to argue with them.

The Spanish duo are almost certain to start again against Chelsea tomorrow in an unchanged back five for the Gunners, which has definitely helped the Gunners to be one of the best defensive units in the division. According to an Evening Standard report though, the Chelsea boss Guus Hiddink is more concerned about what damage is likely to be done to his team by Bellerin and Monreal down the flanks as they get forward to link up with the more attacking Arsenal players like Walcott and Alexis Sanchez.

Chelsea’s own full backs Ivanovic and Azpilicueta were getting the same sort of plaudits last season that ArsenalĀ“s Spaniards are getting this time but they have been a shadow of their former selves this season, especially defensively where they are likely to be sorely tested by Arsenal.

Hiddink has plenty to worry about with Alexis Sanchez fit again and Mesut Ozil returning to torment Nemanja Matic in the middle, but he knows that he cannot just focus on the really big name stars because Arsenal have a couple of full backs ready to tear his struggling side to pieces.

all i pray for is dt Wenger bench Mert for ds game if Flamini ll start.
the too playing together as bn a big handbrake for ds team ATTACKING.
i av observed how reluctant d oda players r in giving d flam pass under pressure (esp wt pressing opponents).
Gabriel seem to also have more zeal from set plays dan Mert.

just my observation but i ll surely b watching d game in NGR with my jersey on

Mide, you are absolutely right….Flamini hardly get a pass from his teammates when under pressure, because they all know that he has no techniques to keep the ball from opponents.

You do know Mert was in the team when we beat Bayern, United and City right ? In fact, you do know Gabriel was in the team and got himself sent off against Chelsea right ?? Don’t get the unnecessary hate our German defender gets.

Opinions divided. What do you think? Thumb up 16 Thumb down 4

These are the games i usually worry about as Chelsea are still champions just way off form atm and against us you can bet they will be up for the fight esp Costa. Willian a big threat hoping Nacho can deal with that Same with Bellerin v Ped/Haz!
Gabriel should start im sure he wants to justify what happend at the Bridge where he threw himself off by reacting like that. Hoping Alexis and Ozil start along with Elneny beside Ramsey. Campbell RW and Giroud ST.

    Cech
    Bell Gab Koss Nach
    Eln Rambo
    Ozil
    Campbell Sanchez
    Giroud

Theo, Flamini, Per, Ox, Gibbs, Ospina, Iwobi

    Tibo
    Ivan Terry Zouma Asp
    Mikel Cesc
    Oscar
    Will Pedro
    Costa

Hazard, Cahill, Matic, Ramires, GK, Loftus, DF

Think we could beat them with this 11v11
