Confirmed Arsenal target set for Juventus exit talks

Mario Lemina has revealed he is set for talks with Juventus as he looks to secure more regular action ahead of the new campaign, with Arsenal keen.

The French midfielder, who has been likened to Manchester United’s record signing Paul Pogba, has admitted to be being flattered by the interest shown in him by the Gunners, and is now ready to talk to his current club about his future.

“I think before pre-season, we’ll have a discussion about that,” said Lemina, when asked whether he will be leaving.

“We’re going to talk to each other. We’re going to see what they really want to do with me and what I want to do in terms of how much playing time I’ll get.

“We’re going to put everything on the table and speak about it calmly.

“I learn alongside these players every day. We really have a well-stocked midfield with great names like Khedira, Pjanic and Marchisio.

“I learn a lot, I gain a lot of experience. But it’s true that next year, I have to play a lot more to be able to make a name for myself like they have.”

This also comes in the wake of Arsenal supposedly contacting the Italian giants over a deal to sign the 23 year-old.

There is currently question marks over the futures of both Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Aaron Ramsey, who both have one year remaining on their current contracts, and we could well be looking to firm up our options in midfield, having struggled in the centre of the park for much of the campaign, and with Santi Cazorla’s injuries leaving us lacking something special in midfield.

Would Lemina be a good signing? Could he take some of the slack off Cazorla?

It looks likely Alexis and Ozil will stay at Arsenal after a leaked promotional home Jersey was put on by both. I do have a strong feeling we ain’t losing them.

Would be a wicked signing if true
    Good central midfielder
    He would definitely be welcome
He could be the long term replacement for Cazorla that we need

If not Lemina, I hope we get another quality central midfielder

    BTW. Poorly written title
    “Confirmed Arsenal Target….”
    It’s bit of clickbait title
Either put a full stop after Confirmed or
    write :
“Possible Arsenal Target to talk with Juventus concerning his future.”
    OR something like that

Also, From his comments he doesn’t necessarily want an exit but to play more often whether that’s with Juventus or another team

Reports in Spain are claiming that Mbappe wants to join Real Madrid 😕👉 no surprises there, Madrid will loan him back to Monaco for a year.

Which would explain why Wenger has now been given the Green light to bid £50 million plus add on’s for Lacazette… Knowing Wenger, he will just sit there at the lights and wait for them to Red again lol 😂👍

Don’t forget that Juventus only offered 4 million euros for our Mr Selfie, so I’m guessing that Wenger is looking for revenge and will probably only bid 3 million euros plus a glossy signed autograph from Jenkinson, for Lemina. 👍

Only skim read the article but didn’t see any direct quote saying he wanted to be at Arsenal?

Where was the confirmation of which the title based this article on?

How smart Ronald Koeman is. How quickly he is in his targets signature. Today he signed sandro. He and pep are the smartest coaches. Truly they know modern teams require changes. He know where their team lacks. They are immediately fixing it up. I fear for us we become mid table during poor arsene. Out team always goes down in October and February. They realise in March and April that they have to finish fourth. Poor arsene lacks modern day decision making. Our team really needs deadly striker, quality winger, strong CDM and powerful CB.
Today it’s very easy as we can offload few and splash the cash.
Deadly striker – belotti or Aubameyang or Suarez
Quality winger – lemar or mahrez or Lucas Moura
Strong CDM – gueye or William Carvalho or ndidi
Powerful CB – Keane or simon Kjaer or Socrates
I don’t know what Arsene is waiting for. He really needs to show desire of making changes.

It’s frustrating to see other teams signing up quality players why shouldn’t I get frustrated?

Lemina has potential but I do not feel he would be an upgrade on what we have, would be a decent squad player like he has been at Juventus but we need a proven central midfielder e.g. Seri/Weigl/Isco/Keita or even someone a bit more physical like Danilo Pereira.
