Four things Wenger must do if he stays at Arsenal

If Wenger is to stay, he must do these things By SK

The issue of Wenger either staying or leaving at the end of the season is tearing fans apart. He needs to make a decision soon! We need to know what is on his mind. However, all indications points to him staying on as coach of Arsenal. So, if he must stay, he must do these things both this season and the next.

1: He must win the FA cup: If Wenger really wants to stay, then winning the FA cup this season is not negotiable; it is a must! We have played so badly this season and we are desperate for something to make us laugh at the end of the season. Winning the FA cup may not really compensate the fans for the ways and manners we have lost games in both the Champions league and the Premier league, it will still buy him time to appease the fans.

2: He must qualify for next season’s Champions league: Qualifying for the Champions league has always been our birth right! Yes you read me well! It will be totally unacceptable if we fail to qualify for it next season. I can’t imagine us not playing in the Champions league next season. If Wenger feels this can’t be achieved at the end of this season, he had better quit now!

3: He must do everything in his power to keep Sanchez and Ozil: Other teams keep their stars, Arsenal are used to letting their stars go! Who does that in football today? If at tg the end of the season, he is unable to trash their contract issues out, then he should pack his bags and leave! We can’t keep on loosing our super stars and expect to win trophies! It does not work that way sir. Sanchez and Ozil are not asking for much, they just want Arsenal to show some seriousness and play for trophies. They must not be allowed to go Wenger, or you go with them.

4: He should start identifying the players he needs for next season: Success starts from planning and planning starts from identifying your goals and targets and start working towards them. We need to start planning for winning major competitions next season. We need to start analysing our weak spots and start looking for how to strengthen them. Players to help us achieve our goals for next season, should be contacted now so that our transfer business will start and end in time.
5: He must upgrade his tactics: Wenger must go back to his drawing board and reeducate himself on footballing matters. The tactics he uses that makes us lose to big teams must be dropped for match winning tactics. We are tired of losing scandalously to teams we can beat if we get our act together!

Wenger must fulfill all these if he wishes to remain as coach of Arsenal or he leaves! Am I too lenient guys?

  1. 4 things he must do with 5 points in the article;)

    Who can’t count then?

If Wenger stays at arsenal 4 things he must do is:

    1. Don’t go out at night or the day

    2. sleep with one eh open

    3. Lock all the doors

    4. Buy Satan Kroenke a very big Xmas present.

          1. If I came to your house and acted like an ??ass hole, who got on your tits ? by dissing the contents and the people in your home, isn’t it your prerogative to put me in my place?

      1. That is a personal Insult!
Anymore and I will moderate you

Not being able to count is no minor detail after all.

    1. Sleep with one eh open? ?
Is that a “eh” .. like in a Wenger “Errrr” ?

      what? ?? You can’t spell then? ?

      1. Very astute fatboy and nice use of emojis by the way.
Your mother if you ever knew her must be very proud.

  2. finishing 4th or above, winning the fa cup or not, aw has no new ideas. he is too old to carry on, at least with our club. his attitude would not change. example buying players and not play them. how can you manage your team always watching the team sitting. for now that all. gooner = for ever

  3. We don’t need new ideas
We need another Top forward, a Top DM and a Top LB minimum
Add another quality CB, good backup RB

But in order to get all the above, we will need a new manager because Wenger will NEVER change

  4. @ admin

Are you happy with the current state of affairs in Arsenal ?
Your god Wenger is tarnishing his image
He has brought Arsenal to the level of Everton

I think you like Wenger more than Arsenal.
But it’s Arsenal FC and not Arsene FC.
Leave with your god Wenger after proper fans who care for this club shift him and the AKBs out which you are part , to his hometown.

Things like POTATO HEAD and AKBs must not come near Arsenal!!!

    Wenger the dope out !!!!!

  5. I just can’t see how he can stay it’s untenable now.
One thing he must do which isn’t in his nature is step back on the training ground and delegate more to coaching staff.
Anyway he should know what needs to be done and should have done it a while back the fact he hasn’t is why he should go.
Ps I thought we were allowed our own views, pedantic twat is a bit strong and personal I’d say!

  6. Just watching the the England game and the hammer left footed one … another decent player seldom utilised by our glorious leader, a la Campbell, Perez etc… and we still don’t know why he does it. Why do you buy decent players, just to stick them on the bench? Pod had everything you wanted, he obviously cheered everyone up in the dressing room, was a bit of a joker, decent on the pitch, and still supports Arsenal every single game. I don’t begrudge him his goal one bit. Could it be that they all dared to strike goals outside of the penalty area, for which crime they were permanently put on the naughty bench?

  7. And another irritating Wenger failing, is failure to resign player contracts with more than 18 months to go. It absolutely makes no sense for the impecunious one – not only are players more valuable, the longer they have on their contract, but it also gives the team more stability.

  8. To be honest Wenger should have been doing all of those anyway every year he’s been here in my opinion and right there is the issue, we fail to plan,we fail to tie up our better players before they enter the last year of their contract, we fail to prepare for the start of the season, we fail to get the right players etc etc Wenger and the board to blame as per usual.
