Incredible comeback by Arsenal – Highlights video

Mesut Ozil finished off an unbelievable comback by the Gunners against Ludogorets tonight. Arsenal found themselves 2-0 down after just 15 minutes in Bulgaria and were reeling from the shock, but by half time we were back at 2-2 thanks to a facile goal from Granit Xhaka and a trademark header from Olivier Giroud.

We had to suffer until just three minutes from time when Mesut Ozil scored an incredible solo goal to give us a brilliant three points. Unluckily PSG also scored a late winner to guarantee both sides entry to the knockout stages but we are neck and neck with the French Champions with two games to go.

Enjoy!

    1. A masterful goal taken with all the ease of me going for a stroll by.the lake.
Ludogrets fans after his hat trick an this will open a house of worship in his name.

Gibbs will never be a Monreal replacement as usual few lesser games where he’s alright an the years of never showing defensive prowess are forgotten.
Richard Rodriguez would have been lovely.
But hoping Monreal just needs.a rest.
      Jenko needs time

Was hard work Sundays gonna be tough after this

      Good fight from the lads.

      1. You cannot judge a player`s competency based on one mistake. Yes Gibbs made a costly mistake against a tricky player, that does not mean Gibbs is horrible.

    1. Yes – he flushed away those Ludogorets defenders 🙂

MOzil must love Ludogorets – he always saves his best for them … not sure if the feeling is reciprocated though 🙂

  1. OOozil you beauty!!!

I was scared to death when i saw Rambo on the wing again but it was a close call alright!!
But if theres no heartache pills, suspense and agony your not wantching an Arsenal match!

  2. I want theo/santi/monreal/iwobi back for the NLD. I don’t like sanchez on the left, i don’t like Giroud up top all day and i definitely don’t like Ramsay in the starting XI.

    1. Agreed Dennis, Ramsey on the wing is a recipe for losses..slows are attack down to a halt then loses the ball and starts the opposition’s counter..I can’t understand why Arsenal loves him there..hopefully Theo is back this week..would have preferred Iwobi or Ox

      1. The fans were not patient with Walcott and didn’t have confidence in having Sanchez in central forward position. I know that was because they failed many times when they played in those positions. Wenger was very patient with them, because he deals with them everyday, and now look what happened. Arsenal is stronger because of them. We, the fans, can only make comments, but only the manager and his staffs know the players’ true potentials, because they manage the players everyday.

  3. I have to admit I didn’t think Ozil was capable of that. Yes, the pin point assists and shot’s on goal, but that was positively Messi-esque. Now the cat is out the bag, it can’t go back in again.
