Man Utd star to open door for Arsenal transfer switch

Whether Arsene Wenger will go through the door to bring the France international forward down to north London this summer is another matter, but it appears that Anthony Martial is at least going to open the door to a possible transfer to Arsenal.

According to a report in the Daily Express the 21-year old who won the 2015 Golden Boy award after his great form for Monaco, has made the decision to move on from Old Trafford after his impressive debut season did not continue under the new United boss Jose Mourinho.

The report goes on to claim that the Portuguese manager is not planning to stand in the way of Martial moving on, and why would he if the transfer rumours linking the club with another round of massive summer spending are not completely off the mark?

The young Frenchman may not be the really hot property that many Arsenal fans are hoping for the boss to sign this summer but I reckon he would be a great addition who would soon find his feet again and start producing the sort of form that made our Premier League rivals make him the most expensive teenage transfer in football history just two years ago.

Bob.

Lemar has a ยฃ30 million release clause and Wenger has only bid ยฃ26 million lol ๐Ÿ˜•๐Ÿ‘‰ that’s one of the problems and the other issue is that Mbappe looks more than likely to want out. So you can’t blame Monaco for drawing a line with the amount of players that are being sold.

The ยฃ26 million bid was for Turan ๐Ÿ™€

Arsenalโ€™s ยฃ31million bid for Thomas Lemar has been rejected by Monaco, according to David Hytner of The Guardian.

Monaco have been saying for a while that they will not sell both Lemar and Tiemoue Bakayoko in the same summer and with Bakayoko on the verge of joining Chelsea, Arsenal could be left frustrated in their attempts to sign Lemar.

21-year-old Lemar is keen to work under Arsene Wenger but Monaco are adamant to keep hold of some of the star players who led them to a league title win and as such, they are refusing to sell the player to the Gunners.

According to Hytner, Monaco vice-president Vadim Vasilyev told the Gunners that they are not even willing to negotiate a sale for a player who they have under contract until 2020.

Having already sold Bernardo Silva to Manchester City and with Benjamin Mendy and Bakayoko close to sealing moves away, Arsenal look to have left their attempts to sign Lemar too late.

overrated for me, much better prospects out there. He even said the rumours arent true and he’s going nowhere so not sure why this is even a post. I know mourinho likes to throw talent away (chelsea years just about every good young player)
Seems to be this formula for our rumours
1)the hopeful (mbappe is this years ticket)
2)are they french? if so arsenal are 100% buying them.
    3) is it a player from one of the teams above us whose not starting alot? Turan who will never come.

    in reality –

1)a free transfer and a *star of the future*

2)mahrez potentially to replace an outgoing sanchez who is 10x the player.

3)lacazaette lyon chairman does us over AGAIN and he goes to athletico in January or we finally put pen to paper and wish we spent 10mill more of aubamyang

    4) aubamyang goes to liverpool/utd, lukaku goes to chelsea, city buy 3 or 4 more players including alves(which could be the signing of the summer for me, absolute no brainer)

    5) we buy a midfielder whilst holding onto all of the patients at Arsenals general hospital and there astronomical wages while losing ozil and sanchez for not paying the going rate.

Then next year squeeze into 6th place. Europa league is going to trash our season even more than going out in the last 16 of the champions league.

I hope i’m wrong, but past performance in the windows doesn’t exactly fill me with confidence. Even less now we haven’t got champions league to offer a player.

Cough and cough again, I’m sorry to nip this article in its budds ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

Anthony Martial has taken to social media to deny reports he wants to leave Manchester United.
The 21-year-old forward joined the club two years ago for ยฃ36 million, but has been linked with a move to Arsenal should United sign Alvaro Morata and Ivan Perisic.
However, Martial posted on Twitter: “The rumours are false.”

    Yep just read Martial’s response
Also, Lemar is not available at any price according to Monaco
And Chinese club have possibly bid ยฃ70 million for Aubemeyang
Atletico Madrid wanted Aubemeyang so they could go for Lacazette next

Things aren’t looking good at the moment
    ๐Ÿ™

I did read yesterday that Wenger is “in” with the parents of Mbappe, but I still think he will go to Real Madrid

    Mahrez looks promising though

Mahrez is not worth 40 million
      At all

      Promising I think not
He waited for barca slowly to find out they don’t have space for him on there cleaning staff

Mahrez looks promising for now, but don’t be surprised if that goes pear shaped once REtard – Source starts claiming it’s a done deal already.

If Martial is available around twenty millions, Arsenal should get him. Otherwise there are many other talented striker in the world…

BREAKING NEWS: Aubameyang is going to China for 80 million deal and 30 million salary per year. Apparently all those Champions League and other European trophies are just bullshits for players like him, Oscar, Paulinho, Graziano Pelle, Ramires, Diego Costa, etc.

I won’t be surprised if Sanchez, Ozil, Diego Costa, Rooney, Hazard, Willian and Ibrahimovic go to China before the upcoming season starts. They pay ridiculous amount of money and no other football league in this world can compete with their budget.

All those “prestigious trophies” reasons are just a facade to cover these players’ real intention: money. Pellegrini and Scolari have gone to China as well. I also won’t be surprised if Guardiola, Wenger, Klopp and Ancelotti go there too.

Hear we go again..Wengers failure to act on transfers and get the job done has once again come and bit us in the backside..

Last week Lyon where willing to let Lacazzetes go…we bid ยฃ44 Million they said they want more instead of him to stuck in in and out down another 10 mill (which could have been done purely on add ons) we waste time now they are saying he is not for sale…

    Now Lemar

feeling like it will be the same old swan song for us

    We almost signed…

Wow the windows not even open and we’re all stressing. I’ve heard of getting deals done early but wow the other clubs have really stolen a March on us. Still wouldn’t be surprised if Wenger signed mbappe totally out of the blue, thing is that would be it and would that be enough? If ozil and sanchez stayed and we swapped walcott for mahrez I’d be delighted with mbappe and mahrez.
