OFFICIAL Arsenal team to face Everton in crunch end-of-season clash

Nothing less than a win will do for Arsenal today when Everton visit the Emirates, but as the Toffees have never won at this ground we have high hopes of taking all three points while we sit hoping for Middlesbrough to somehow stopping Liverpool from winning.

I am sure Wenger will have his very best team out, although we know that the Ox is out and Koscielny was unlikely to play, so here is the OFFICIAL line-up

Team vs Everton

Cech, Holding, Koscielny, Gabriel; Bellerin, Xhaka, Ramsey, Monreal; Sanchez, Ozil; Welbeck.

So it is great that Koss the Boss has recovered, and with Holding and Gabriel alongside him we should be strong at the back.

It’s good to see Danny Welbeck in to replace Giroud in such an important game, while Xhaka and Ramsey will ensure we have great attacking capabilities…

Just an hour to go before Kick Off and the tension is building. Let’s hope that the nerves are getting to Liverpool too.

Remember Sp*rs getting thrashed by relegated Newcastle last season….

There is hope yet!

Yes…… Good Line up… We can win and expect Boro do some miracle at Anfield against Looserphools….

  2. Goonerboy

Good line-up for me, but whatsup with Mustafi???
The nerves are really building, I hope Liverpool bottles it..*smiles*

    1. stubill

I wondered where Mustafi was, he had a thigh injury so I’m guessing he’s not recovered in time.

Should have been there today but a herniated disc in my back put paid to that.

Hope is all we have ?
Here’s hoping that the GroundHog Matrix preloads the Wenger? celebrations! ?⚪️?

    1. Twig

True. He hasn’t really justified his selection has he? He started his Arsenal career in blistering form, but it has been average ever since.

      1. Fatboy Gooney, Too Fat to track back.

Well, we’re about to find out if the Groundhog Matrix really does exist or not, Surely the Wenger ? hasn’t been a coincidence for all these years? ?? anyways, I will keep believing until the final table tells me otherwise ?

  4. Twig

Liverpool will beat Middlesbrough 5-0. Just to clear any doubts that Arsenal won’t be playing in the UCL next season.

No upsets, no playoffs, no miracles!!!

  5. Abel

I have a gut feeling Arsenal will draw with Everton in the match we must win , while Liverpool would be held to be draw. That scenario would typify Arsenal under Wenger. Persistent bottlers!

  6. luvdaguns

if welbeck was lighting a cigarette he would burn his ear, great goal! there is hope!

  7. Goonerboy

Koscielny does a Xhaka….just wanna know if he won’t be affected for the Fa cup final??????

  8. Adam Criniti

When Arsenal fail to win the Wenger Cup this year look no further than these telling results.

    Loss to Watford
    Loss to CO
    Draw to MBorough.

Wenger, the gift that keeps on giving.

Kos out against Chelsea, not good! 🙂
Maybe his wife had the offer of a last minute holiday flying out tonight?

  11. Dee23

Fans here are crazy! Liverpool haven’t won yet or scored for that matter. We are 2-0 up with 10 men and every comment is about negative things like Kos being sent off and predictions about Liverpool scoring and winning their game but no congratulatory cheers for either of the 2 goals we have made. Just wow!

  12. Adam Criniti

Is there a reason why Middlesborough is bunkering in against Pool?

You’ve already been relegated fellas at least attempt to play some semblence of attacking football.

    And FU Wenger! Lol

    1. RSH

that’s how theyve been playing all season, they don’t know how to do anything else, lol. Works in our favor at the moment though cause Liverpool hate teams that park the bus.

      1. Adam Criniti

I know they’re offensively challenged but I just can’t fathom they can hang on for another half absorbing such pressure.

    1. Adam Criniti

Wouldn’t bother, Borough couldn’t score in a Merseyside brothel.

Can’t wait for Thursday night football

      Thx Arsene, your all heart.

  13. ThirdManJW

Why does any Arsenal fan want CL football? If we get 4th, Wenger will just say it’s been a fantastic season as always, mission accomplished! We need a step back, so we can take two steps forward.

  14. Ronny

We all knew it would come.
A team like borough hold off pool at an field for 90 mins tall order!

    # kroenke out and Usmanov in

  15. Fatboy Gooney, Too Fat to track back.

Big fat hairy bollox ?? scouse conte’s score in injury time.
The mountain just got bigger, need a miracle goal from Chambers lol ?

  16. Elliot

I’m suprised our fans aren’t cheering “kroenke out”. With news of that bid, I would’ve thought that our fans would be crying for Stan to get lost. Usmanov needs our help if we silent Stan out!

  17. Juhi McLovin

Another 2 years of failure with the Arsene of the house Wenger, first of his name, Lord of the Failures, Protector of the Girouds and the rightful king of the Deluded

  18. Javier

i will never forgive Wenger to let Lucas Perez move to Milan F.C ..he never
offered to hm a real opportunity when he proved once and once again
he could be an important asset in Arsenal forward line
    Wenger out !!!!

    1. Break-on-through

I think that means he’s gonna get a forward more fitting to Arsenal, Perez looked good as a wide forward but I don’t think he was ever going to be the man to lead the line. Would rather see Walcott go, but Perez wants games, I think Arsenal could do better than both those players. It is a little unfair though, he never really got a chance, even Campbell got over twenty games last season.

I was planning to.spend my Thursdays at my local brothel

    Thanks Arsene
    Thanks a bunch

  20. Jonm

Middlesborough should have had a penalty and liverpool down to ten men when it was still 0-0. Very lucky pool, ref was probably unsighted and linesman did not give a decidion. Now pool are 2-0 up

    1. Jonm

I have been watching the pool game and during the first half the whole stadium was tense, liverpool fans, players and manager know what missing champions league is like. We are about to find out.

The only reason for the thumbs down to my post is that some fans on this site want arsenal not to get a top four spot because they want wenger to fail snd leave. If the penalty had been given and pool not won the game then there would have been euphoria on this site.

Cheer sanchez Emirates it’s the last time ul enjoy him

    1. Tony

i will give this comment any day any time cos this season has been a disaster…if you don’t plan properly then you will fail woefully

  22. Fatboy Gooney, Too Fat to track back.

?Champions league.. Your having a laugh! ?
    Groundhog is officially dead lol?

  23. Lexynal

How do you blame Wenger for rash challenge by defenders?. How do you blame Wenger for referee refusing to show even a yellow card for the challenge on Welbeck.?Common guys…

    1. Fatboy Gooney, Too Fat to track back.

Nope but we can blame Wenger for leaving it late before making adjustments to the team.

      1. Lexynal

Nope….leaving it late isn’t an excuse for defenders not to the professional job on the field of play guys

  24. bran99

FA cup isn’t out of reach now, Mert as the CB against Hazard?? Just saw Hazard scoring that rocket of a goal.. we are doomed

  25. Abel

With both Kocielny and Gabriel out of the FA cup final, an with Liverpool leading 3-0, it looking like another trophyless season and Europa next season.

  26. ks-gunner

Arsenal supporters at the emirate stadium are trully c#$nts, not all but way to many

  27. Guns Blazing

Fook Kroenke, fook Wenger! I am gonna watch some other team until there is a change at the club, I don’t want to get my hopes up one more year just to get embarrassed at the second half of the season. Kroenke says he doesn’t want to sell and that he wants to win trophies? That’s a lie and we all know it, he just wants the fans money, and i hope there will be some sort of boycott for change. All supporters should start attending some low level league team just to make arsenal see that a club is nothing without it’s fanbase.
But I won’t be delusional, next season all is forgotten and it’s back to the same old same old. I just can’t watch the team that I love get run to the ground in the hands of greedy bastards that doesn’t care about us, peace out all you gooners!

  28. Rkw

Come on … Did anyone actually believe we were in with a shot for the CL other than the 4th place whinning junkies on this site … Take my advice get down to your local tesco express and stock up on the soup then listen to those with a modicum of knowledge about the game and a desire to see the club improve who have been saying for 5 years now that wenger was professionally incapable of delivering another title and then join the chorus of calls for his immediate departure…coz if he stays there will be nothing next season either

    1. bran99

It’s true, the more seasons he stays the more trophyless seasons are added in our beautiful funny record

  29. luvdaguns

as if signing world class players wasnt hard enough, now w thursday football, kane 3 more goals, if we dont solve that CF position, once and for all, we will be lucky to be 5th next season

  30. ArseOverTit

    The slide down continues..
Greedy money grabbing owner and board deserve nothing less but the real AFC fans deserve more. I’m not talking about football tourists, business entertainers or season ticket borrowers but those who are being left behind by a club that doesn’t care for the fans or what truly makes a GREAT football club which is success on the Field and not in the balance books.

    Shame on you Arsenal.

  31. Ronny

    I’m pleased today.
We won and Ramsey.finally scored a goal!
But also we deservedly finished 5th.
    A necessary sacrifice for change.

The summer is going to be interesting!!

  32. Tim

Chelsea had a blip last season. This season it was Arsenal’s turn. These things happen. One bad season doesn’t a crisis necessarily make.
