Sanogo to help Arsenal to secure top THREE spot?

It would be very fitting if an Arsenal player was to help Alan Pardew and his Crystal Palace side to take some points off our Premier League rivals Manchester United tomorrow and thereby help to ensure that the Gunners will finish in the top three and go straight into the group stages of the Champions League.

With former Arsenal striker Marouane Chamakh an injury doubt for the game at Selhurst Park, our young French forward could well get a game and Palace have a great chance of causing Louis van Gaal and his expensively assembled squad another damaging blow in the challenge.

As reported by the Daily Mail, the United boss has revealed that there is a virus going around their dressing room and that is a big problem on top of their injury problems, with the England central midfielder Michael Carrick ruled out for the rest of the season this week.

United have not scored a goal in over four hours of football and if they do not beat Palace and we do beat Swansea on Monday, they will not be able to catch us. Of course the Arsenal players will need to keep their focus and do their job of winning the game but it has not looked as though we were ready to ease up. So will Arsenal pass another major milestone this weekend?

    1. Yeah! Today is the day we witness manure single handedly slaughtered by sanogo … Let’s all back our Boy…. GET READY Citeh….. U’re Next on the butcher’s table

      1. Le Coq was shit in Germany (didn’t some people say that?). Fast forward. Le Coq is the number 1 player Arsenal fans will pick on their team sheets. How I wish Sanogo can do as Le Coq.

        1. gulf in class. don’t get confused. here and general fans will have a go at class footballers. wilshere is pure class but people here will rip him a new one every opportunity.

coquelin was pure class but maybe made one or two mistakes so he maybe become not flavor of the month.

but sanogo doesn’t look class. he looks all legs and arms, confused. he was free, yeah so why not see where it went. so sure he has improved but he will never be untapped.

  1. Sanogo is 22 years old now. Till now he has made only 11 or 12 appearances in 2 full seasons. If this guy cant even get into the crystal palace first team, then how can he be trusted with being even back up for arsenal?? At his age, ramsey and wilshere were regular first teamers for Arsenal. At best, sanogo is a 4th choice striker. At least for the foreseeable future. I feel sanogo has regressed at crystal palace and needs to maybe go out on loan in the championship where he will be guaranteed regular playing time and at least 20-30 matches a season. IMHO Playing in a lower league or division is a lot better than warming the bench in the premier league. And he seriously needs to bulk up. Being skinny at 6’4″ cant be good, unless your peter crouch of course.

    1. He’s still strong and bullies people for being skinny though. And I think he just got unlucky cause Murray is looking like a legit PL striker who is in form so you can’t bench him for sanogo whose had injuries this season.

Wenger needs to figure something out next season where he’s 1st choice so the championship might be a viable route

    1. @season ticket holder
      Exactly…
No doubt about it, he is streets ahead of Akpom also…I would even say he is better than Olivier.

  2. 1.Sanogo is 22, At his age Coquelin was regularly shipped out onloan & wasnt a starter in any of his loan clubs.
    2.Sanogo is skinny,yet muscles defenders.
3.Sanogo has had an unfair share of injuries.

Pls lay off this youngman’s back, He will come good..Lets give all our boys on loan the support they need.
    Jekinson,Joel,Sanogo..

    1. @false9
And his link up play with Alexis is better than any of our other forwards save Ozil and Carzola…

    2. I cant believe someone sat and wrote that article Sonogo really???? I back anyother player to score for palace than Sonogo. He is so poor as a player that we should be more concern if he will make the palace team sheet.
      Stipid article
How did he got into a Arsenal shirt really

  3. Sanogo has been poor for CP. I think he scored a couple of goals.

Anyway, he is still an Arsenal player and I hope he scores.

I also would love United to lose and Liverpool to win, just because it would be funny if Liverpool could take 4th away from United keeping them out of top 4 two years in a row lol.

Anyway, all I really care about is us beating Swansea. Then United. Then Sunderland. Then west Bromwich. Then Villa.

Lets win the final 5 matches. Lets Win A trophy and 2nd place and send a warning to Chelsea that we will be after them next season

    1. Yes like every season where we wake up at the last two months of the season and behave as if we had the greatest season. Chelsea would worry more about MU and city than us next season, because everyone knows how inconsistent we are
