Should Arsenal go for Justin Kluivert after Dutch star rejects Tottenham?

Arsenal are in great need of a revamp of the team after our worst season in Arsene wenger’s 22 years at the club. Ivan Gazidis didn’t bring in Sven Mislintat and Raul Sanllehi to sit around playing cards so we can expect them to be trying hard to prove their worth by bringing in some top quality players to get us backup into the top echelons of English football.

One big up-and-coming young star that has suddenly come on the market is the Ajax winger Justin Kluivert, son of the famous Patrick, and the 19 year-old had every intention of staying at his boyhood club for a few more years but he has now become very disillusioned with the way the club is being run, and he is very upset that Ajax tried to sell him to Tottenham!

“I’m not renewing my contract at Ajax. Too much has happened,” Kluivert told Dutch outlet Volkstrant. “The decreasing morale, lack of confidence, trying to sell me to Tottenham without me knowing.

“I heard about that at the last minute. That says nothing about Ajax, but about the people in the club.

“They do what they want. I get that feeling again, they do what they want.”

This seems like the perfect opportunity to grab the rising star, who despite his young age has made 56 senior appearances for the Dutch giants, scoring 13 goals and making 10 assists. He has also made his debut for the Dutch national side. If he has only half the talent of his father he is nailed on to be a top star of the future and would be a great investment for the Gunners.

We are definitely lacking in true wingers and he could quickly become a great asset to the club, especially if Arsenal could persuade Denis Bergkamp to join our coaching staff as our legend had a big hand in bringing him through the ranks at Ajax.

Should Arsenal make a move?

  1. I arrive back from holiday and …

    MIKEL ARTETA WTFFFFFF

    WTF

    WHAT THE ACTUAL FLUCK
FUDGE PACKING DISTRICT OF ABSOLUTE FAAAAAAAAAAKKKKKKK

  2. According to Goal, Arteta has agreed to be the deal with ArsenaL and just needs to sign the contract. He’s not my first choice but I have no option than to support him, the rest of you saying stuffs like he’s not a legend, never won a cup can go get Registration form from Spurs and go support em.

  3. If he is really that good, he should have more league goals and assists in Eredivisie, like what Luis Suarez, Arjen Robben and Memphis Depay have

Besides, Arsenal need a left-footer right winger more. Leon Bailey could be a good option and maybe Malcom as well

    1. A left footer right winger? And while I’m at it, wtf is an inverted winger?
Whatever happened to inside left and outside left? Ok I’m old, sorry.

      1. We need someone like Messi, Salah, Bale or Robben that has strong left foot and able to cut inside from the right side

We already have right-footed left winger/ forward, such as Aubameyang, Lacazette, Nelson, Welbeck and Mkhitaryan

  4. justin kluivert is a great talent.

but apparently the new manager(mikel arteta)has a budget of 50M..

so i think the priority will be a new Cb considering mert is retiring and koscienly is out for 6 months.

  5. The boy looks good on YouTube… I am sure Mikel Arteta is salivating wherever he is. But am still concerned about our defense and the need for a defensive midfielder

  6. In a word no.Our priority should be to recruit at least 3 quality defenders including a new GK.With a reported Budget of £50m ex sales we cannot afford to lash out on promising wingers .As it is the new Manager will be strapped for cash but hopefully Mislantat can also recruit a much needed DM.

  7. You guys are like sheep people. “If i am told to i will support him”. Jesus Christ. We need someone we want to support and not have to support. Are you guys that weak minded in not realizing that our club is full with cracks and about to break?

If it comes to it i want to see usmanov move to everton and burn us to the ground as we deserve everything coming to us for being so naive and un reasonable. Let the passion for Arsenal die and with it the love for the game as well, hehehe.

  8. I don’t like commenting on transfer, I’ll rather seat and see who we bring in, d last 6mont has given me hope that our transfer dealing are on point, not minding the price whoever is brought in will be fine. This Greek defender we bought play fine against United and so promising despite d price. At times price doesn’t depict value

  9. Ajax dismissed Bergkamp, that’s why Justin Kluivert won’t renew his contract.
Max Meyer and Emil Forsberg are also available.

Also Wifred Saha from Crystal Palace is a wing option.
