It was being reported a few days ago that Arsenal had agreed terms with the French Ligue 1 club Nice for the transfer of their keeper David Ospina. With a transfer fee of around £3-4 million, it looked like Arsene wenger had done it again, with the Colombian international keeper showing some fantastic ability in Brazil this summer.

Squillaci, well what can you say about this guy. He has been absolutely diabolical for Arsenal in my opinion. But now it seems that he is on his way out of the Emirates. Costing us a reported £4 million from Sevilla back in 2010, the Frenchman went on to make 39 appearances scoring 2 goals in the process. The young French striker Loic Remy was linked with a move to Arsenal during the recent transfer window, but came close to moving to the French giants Lyon instead.
Although Remy had agreed terms and was expected to move, the deal between Nice and Lyon fell through at the last minute, and Remy revealed his disappointment with Lyon.

A few papers have also said that Arsenal have still not given up on Marouane Chamakh from Bordeaux, but they say that Wenger is trying to negotiate a pre-contract agreement for next season.
