Wenger – Some Arsenal fans are never happy! (He’s right!)

Wenger moans about the Arsenal moaners! by Sam P

I have a sneaky feeling that the Arsenal boss has been reading JustArsenal on the quiet, because he seems to be well aware that some fans will moan no matter what he does. There are a lot of fans that want Arsene Wenger sacked after we lose any game at all, whether it is Barcelona or Swansea, and god forbid if we should draw with Hull City lol.

I don’t know if this Wenger rant has come because he has reached the end of his tether or if he had just read some comments on JustArsenal, but he certainly made his point very clear. He was asked if he thought Arsenal fans would be happy if the Gunners won a record breaking third FA Cup in a row, and he went into Rambo mode! “Look, it’s never enough,” he ranted.

“As long as you don’t win everything it’s never enough. When we didn’t win anything they said you didn’t even win the FA Cup.

“People always wants more, which is normal and it’s what we want as well. If you look at the history of Arsenal we are a club who’s won it (the FA Cup) more than anybody else.

“We’ve won it 12 times. And I with my team have won it six. That means it’s not as easy as it looks.”

LOL! Well obviously it’s not easy as no team has won three FA Cups in a row for over 130 years so he is right there, but when asked if it was hard to put up with fans always being miserable twats, he says he can hardly do anything about it as it is just part of being human. “I have not created human beings. That is God, if he exists,” he said.

“He didn’t make us perfect so we have to live with that. Even in paradise, Adam was not happy! We are on earth here so I can understand that people are very demanding.

“We have to live with exaggerations and I can do that. I honestly never believed that I was God and I’m absolutely completely conscious of that.

“But what can I do? It is a perception of other people. It is judgement. Judgements create belief. Is it right or wrong? I don’t know.

“But I know I can only make sure of one thing….I am completely committed to perform and I do my best to make sure this club does well. After that it is not down to me to judge.”

I’m afraid Arsene, that you may not want to judge, but you will find hundreds and thousands of Arsenal fans waiting to judge you on every little mistake the team (or any player) makes. It seems that you, personally, are totally to blame for the misery of millions of people all over the world every time you lose a game lol!

I guess you are just going to have to get used to it! Just come back to JustArsenal this evening if you don’t win and you will know exactly what I mean!

I don’t know how old you are dude. But if you don’t know by now, that the only person responsible for your dreams is you, then you, and anyone who thinks this way, have serious problems…

        1. Football or rather soccer is just a pastime for you, for the rest its a lifetime of passion…stick to NFL mate!

    1. Let me start by saying I respect Arsene for his achievements. He has done great work to be honest.
But TRYING TO QUESTION THE FINDS MIGHT END UP BEING HIS GREATEST UNDOING. His reasoning is a bit too narrow most times.
Arsenal are the 7th biggest club in Europe according to Deloitte. This means we are in a Unique pool of RICH clubs like Bayern, Real, Barca, Juve, City, Man U etc. THESE CLUBS always, I REPEAT ALWAYS EXPECT TO CHALLENGE FOR THE LEAGUE AND HAVE A REAL FIGHT FOR THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE…. TO WIN I!!!! Please tell me why Arsenal should be different.
IF YOU LOOK AT IT FROM A FINANCIAL PERSPECTIVE IN RELATION TO TITLES, WE ARE CERTAINLY NOT GETTING ENOUGH RETURNS FOR THE REVENUE GENERATED BY THE CLUB.
AFC SHOULD AND MUST AIM HIGHER THAN IT IS AT THE MOMENT WHTHER WENGER OR AKB’S LIKE IT OR NOT.

Again, with a little adaptability Arsene would not be in this hole. HE REFUSES TO ADAPT HIS METHODS, WOULD NOT ADDRESS THE TEAMS NEED FOR PLAYERS, AND KEEPS MAKING TACTICAL MISTAKES DESPITE BEING THE MOST EXPERIENCED MANAGER. — HE ALWAYS DOES HIT HIS OWN WAY BUT WE DON’T SEE THE BEST RESULTS!!!!!!

Every thing must come to an end sometime Wenger does not seem to accept this. It is not a crime to ask for change vene if Arsenal will go through a PERIOD OF TRANSITION TO COME OUT STRONGER AND REALLY COMPETE.

SERIOUSLY IF THESE CRITICISMS ARE NOW GETTING TO HIM THEN IT REALLY IS TIME TO QUIT!

  1. @Sam,
I doubt if Wenger was asked this question. Or did you paraphrase

…but when asked if it was hard to put up with fans always being MISERABLE TWATS, he says he can hardly do anything about it as it is just part of being human.

  2. Wenger should realise he brought this on himself for ignoring the fans and obvious problems for so long I respect him alot but he made his own bed

  3. Is Wenger not getting the message still????
You are not showing ambition enough!
And why is it worse this season? He said we are Ok with only Cech…if we show enough ambition I trust Arsenal fans to be very understanding and patient…In being patient, I don’t think you will find fans of other ‘top clubs’ more patient than Arsenal fans…

  4. why should we be happy fir being without a trophy for 10 years?
why should we be happy when we are without a premiership for 12 years?
why should we be happy when we fail to beat chelsea in 7 attempts?.
why should we be happy when we lose 6 0
    8 2, 5 1 and 6 3?
Why should we still be happy when we are still without a european championship?

Huh tell me why should we be happy with all this?

    1. @the arsenal messiah
And you call yourself”the arsenal messiah” But don’t know”why”…Lmfbao

  5. Moaning, being unhappy, complaining and becoming angry, are just natural human emotional responses to getting screwed on a regular basis. For people that aren’t delusional Wenger fan boys, how are we supposed to react? Could someone please enlighten me!

Should I be jumping around with joy that Arsenal are the most expensive team to watch on earth, despite never even challenging for a major trophy, let alone winning one! Should I be heaping huge praise on Wenger for consistently qualifying from really easy Champions League groups, only to be knocked out straight after, every season! Despite ManU, Liverpool, Chel, and ManC being out of the title race, should I yet again praise Wenger for getting us into third, only eight points behind those European giants Leicester! Should I be delighted that Wenger kept hold of the likes Walcott, Ramsey, Flamini, Arteta, Mertesacker, Giroud, instead of signing quality players with the huge funds given to Arsenal from the hard working fans!

But maybe it is me…and all the other Arsenal fans that want change, ambition and success. Maybe we’re the ones who have got it wrong, obviously we do not understand how human emotion works. I guess some fans just prefer being taken for a ride all the time.

    1. @ThirdManJW
Now if only you applied this philosophy to every other aspect of your life, instead of just your entertainment time…

      1. @NY_Gunner

So according to you, being a passionate supporter of a team is the same as going to watch The Hunger Games at the cinema or attending a play at the theatre, War Horse maybe. I am sorry, but I can’t lower myself to that way of thinking to even properly respond.
