Wenger now needs a clearout, or no Lucky 13 to come!

Manchester clubs give Arsene breathing space.‏by KM

Hello everybody! With Arsenal’s win against Norwich and Uniteds and Citys struggles, we’re close to a top 4 finish, and if we manage not to lose against City we might even be third! According Arsenal standards this is a successful season.

The fact that United are just bad and City really don’t care about the league means Arsene will come and say look at Chelsea, City and Man Utd, we are in front of all of them, but the true reason they are in such a decline is their bad managerial decisions.

If Spurs manage a famous collapse, we might even overturn them and finish second although I don’t see it happening. The only word I can use to describe this season is failure. Consistent failure yet again.

What I take from this season is repeated mistakes. Mistakes we repeat countless years in a row. We are sticking with Giroud. I am baffled as to why this happens. He’s already 30, wasn’t that the trigger for Arsene to ditch him?

Theo is going for me this summer. I feel that 10 years of promise with no real realization are enough even for Arsene. I’d be shipping off the Ox too. Those two players just never reached the promise they came with. And if we continue to stick with them, it’s just like sticking with Arsene, you know what you’ll get and it will never be good enough.

Arteta, Rosicky and Flamini need no comment. I’d be shipping out Ramsey too. He had 1 good season for how much years? How many years are we going to stick with players who don’t cut it? I’d add Jack to this list. He missed the entire season due to injury. Reminding you of a player that was a really good midfielder but never managed 10 games a season? Hello Diaby.

Arsene whines about having no money, but we have more than 300k wages on terrible players. This summer is about major changes. Not the 3 players we needed for this season, out of which we added only one. This summer we need to rethink our approach.

It’s hard to believe this will happen. This means Arsene has to change and he is the definition of the proverb that “you can’t teach an old dog new tricks”. We are in real need to move in a new direction, but we’ll opt to hit our heads against the same wall we’ve been trying to break for 10 years.

Finally, twelve years is a long time. Some people grew from snobby teenagers to grown ups with children and some real responsibilities. A lot of major changes can happen in a persons life for 12 years. If the Arsenal fans haven’t learned in such a huge amount of time that Arsene will not do it, they will never learn.

Sadly Arsene has brainwashed a lot of people to believe him that he himself is everything at this club and that it will disappear without him which is so not true. This transfer window we will be hearing the false stories linking us with everybody and we will sign not half of what we need at the end.

Get ready people, the movie of Arsneals failed season and summer transfer window is rolling in for a 13 time in a row and no Arsene it won’t be lucky 13, because while you are blaming luck, others are working hard towards winning trophies.

    1. leicester with a great scouting team. a few premier league undesirables a shrewd manager and absolute hunger an desire have chnaged the face of the premier league.

      congrats doesnt even cut it.

you will always have my respect. honour to watch such a story unfold. grandkids will hear of this in 50 years

      1. I cried for 2 reasons after Chelsea v Tottenham.
        1. When I saw the Leicester players rejoicing. They’ve written their names in BPL history forever.
        2. That could have been Arsenal, but we blew it AGAIN. And most of Arsenal’s fans still feel Wenger is the way forward.
Anyway, this is the closest I’ve been happy to winning the BPL.
Fairytale story. Congratulations doesn’t cut it.

    2. CONGRATULATIONS Leicester……… It wasn’t easy, but in the end , it was worth it

      .

it is now mathematically possible for Arsenal to carry the 2nd to 4th place Trophy!!

      1. soopa i have to say to you that you have misunderstood me, its true that i dont like a lot of your comments and thats the main reason i always call you out when i grumble about some commenter of here 😀 but i would never insinuate or rather blame you that you wished wenger dead, what i meant was that i didnt like you opinions and that of some commenters on here who wrote something along the lines of “i wish wenger dies or gets handicapped so that we get a change” but i truly never wanted to say that it was you it was only a recital where your i wrote your name and then called those other one.

i know that you dont wish wenger death 😉

    3. Where the hell is Wilshere? He plays one game every freaking year. Get him out! He’s stealing from the club.

    4. This team has deteriorated beyond what you are clamouring for.

We need at least 2 CB better than what we’ve got.
      1 world class striker
      1 squad striker
1 close to world class right winger
      And at least 2 midfielder

That is 7 full international players needed to challenge.
If we sell all the dross in the team, then we have to buy hustlers. Players who run, run and put in a tackle.

  1. Babysitter money
    Theo 140K
    Giroud 90K
    Ox 60K

That alone( excluding bonuses) is 300K.
charity money on of arteta, Flamini and Rosicsky.
    At least 60K a pop.
    180K right there

    Average player
    Wilshere – 90k
    Ramsey like 90K
    180K right there

That is like £680,000 a week being wasted on liabilities that should have been written off a long time ago.

      1. Hahaha ? ? ? ?
Big ups for the laughs! ???

A big shout out to Ghosty… 12 years and counting!
        Wenger’s official mascot … Take a bow Son! ??

  2. 1. Leicester are Champions 2. They will be playing Champions league football next season 3. Finally, Ranieri has won a trophy in England #History written all over. Congrats Leicester…

My desire is to say Congrats Arsenal this time next year. Oh well, Wishes***

  3. Arsenal needs a complete shift. we need real men at this club, i was watching the tot vs chelsea game, and chelsea dominated the spuds mentally/phyiscally wearing them down.

We need real men at this club not giroud/walcott/ox/arteta/flamini/rosicky and company. We need a full clear out at this club, a complete restructure but i highly doubt wenger is the one to do this.

  4. Arsene has brainwashed many fans who socks-off and this guy is saying to enjoy good football, he must be really happy with what he gets paid for. Can the team win the league no can they motivate themselves no. Next season expect Chelsea or City

    1. our football isn’t even good. We’ve been reduced to watching Elneny and Ramsey make useless side passes 1000 times every match. We are trash and not a fun team to watch anymore. Wouldn’t be surprised if Ozil and Sanchez left. Especially Ozil. All he does is create chances and watch his teammates mess them up over and over again. He deserves better.

  5. I am actually in Leicester right now and there are constant car horns sounding
When the chelsea v spuds match ended I heard a few screams

    Congratulations to Leicester
    Shame on Wenger

    1. Arsenal fan has to travel
      to Leicester to experience
      winning the league because
      it ain’t happening at Arsenal.

  6. The annual Arsenal
    Turd place victory parade
    will take place from
    6pm May 16th.
Come and celebrate 3rd place glory
with your fellow 3rd place AKB’S.
    3rd place Champions
    3rd place Paradise
    3rd place Owner
    3rd place Manager
    3rd place Players
    3rd place Fans.
We love Turd place we do.

  7. Yeah thumb down and hate all you want, I hope this Leciester team stay together and enjoy the Champions League for at least 1 season. Give respect where respect is due.

    1. @JAmerican
      RealTalk.
I hope they stay together, get some reinforcements and battle on. Would like to see them takin scalps across Europe…

    2. Hahaha……….Then i guess we all agree on Hoping Kante never Leaves Leicester (for Arsenal or any other team) next season at most!

  8. @Davros

I agree with your list, but I am sure it was just a start… Because you forgot to add “rubbishes” like Walcott, Wilshere, Gibbs and more… Obviously if some of us had our ways, Wenger will be top of the list…

    Anyway, CONGRATULATIONS TO LEICESTER.
    Well worthy champion.
They are the BEST team in the league and no one can even start doubting that.

Again we have come short (well, it was never the objective really!!) and Wenger will still get his trophy at the end, top four (Pathetic deluded manager as well as the fans supporting his madness).

Claudio Ranieri is not only a good (now great) manager, but also a great man manager as well as a gentleman… Which we don’t have… We have a “lazy” arrogant puppet who even blames the fans for his shortcomings.

  9. Shame on you Arsenal!
    Shame on you Chelsea!
    Shame on you City!
    Shame on you Liverpool!
    Shame on you Man United!
    Shame on you Spurs!

    Congratulations to Vardy and Kompany.

  10. Congratulations to Leicester. They’ve proven, consistently, what words like cohesion and team work really mean.

Hats off to Ranieri, a coach among coaches.

  11. Well done Leicester, fully deserved. Entire Arsenal organization should be ashamed of themselves. Massively let the fans down, yet I doubt they care as long as the profit. All of them are money grabbers, including majority of our players, and especially out manager who has been fooling so many fans for so many years. I’m so glad Raneiri exposed him. He has NO excuses and has been desperately blaming fans now, yet he still get’s defended for achieving just about nothing in over a decade. Arsene OUT along with half our squad who dont care about the club.

    1. Leicesters victory is
      a modern day miracle.
      Getting rid of Wenger
      will take 10 miracles.

      1. Arsene Wenger List of Excuses: Stadium, fans, refs, unlucky, etc. etc. etc.
Ranieri: No excuses, WAY less money at his disposal, and his team doesn’t bottle it.

Every year Wenger has a new excuse for why we end up 4th. It’s ridiculous and none of them are valid. Ranieri proved that good management and a passionate team can trump any amount of money. Question for you, would Leicester have won this season if Wenger coached them? Wenger has become a fraud who hasn’t adapted to modern football. I’m tired of looking at his past accomplishments. Do you realize we’re quickly becoming Liverpool?

        1. @rsh
No. The question for you is, would LC have been able to win the League if they were participating in several other competitions(League Cup, FA Cup and the Champions League)?

          1. Ny… what a snooty I know it all attitude you always take to posters who make anti wenger comments. I will put forward an answer…FA and League, Leicester were also in it BUT possibly for a manager with so much experience in the champions league maybe a stronger team?? Cull your wage bill of the walking dead, buy players knowing that there will be 60-70 games in the season, get rid of deadwood…walnut, stop playing your favourites and rotate the team etc etc????

            1. @ozgunner
I put forward replies as “i” see fit, not how you would have me do so…You want kids to teach your moral code to, go have some…

  12. Even next year we won’t be competitive…
I can easily see Ozil and Sanchez leave (Why not, they won’t win d*ck here)…
This club has 5 or 6 good players and the rest is just “fillings”…
On top of that, we have a less than average manager.
Unless he spends £100 millions and give the wheel of the team to someone else… We have no chance.

In the last 12 years of his “reign” we should have won 2 or 3 more leagues, 3 or 4 more FA cup, and at least 2 champions leagues.

    We got NOTHING, NADA, RIEN…!!

Keep supporting mediocrity (like those deluded ones I saw with the “Wenger we trust always”… How empty their life might be!!) and go on with this comical farce.

  13. @JAmerican

If you are critical of Wenger, your comment might not be posted…
Well that is what I have noticed with some of my comments…

  14. The best story this season is obviously Leicester winning the league… Fantastic achievement with courage and unity.

The second best story would be Arsene Wenger handing his resignation next weekend 🙂

    1. Yes that’s what we are told
      all season but the board
      has already judged Wenger
and given him an A+ so he is
      Manager for next season already.
Wenger has already judged himself and
has said he is ready to “further” extend
his current contract two more seasons.
The majority of the fans at the Emirates have also
said they want Arsene to stay longer.
So he will be Arsenal manager till 2019 at least 🙁

      1. And board is ready to celebrate another successful brainwashing when season tickets get renewed to watch more mediocrity for high prices. That’s their job done.

  15. Congrats to Leicester city with their never say die attitude! This is what champions are made of commitment, attitude, mental toughness and a manager who knows how to get the best out of his team, turning ordinary players to extraordinary champions!

  16. Now that Spurs have drawn against Chelsea can we finish 2nd? A positive result against Man City will be mandatory!

    1. it doesnt really matter since Wenger will be there next season. You don’t get crap for getting second. And I really don’t think most Arsenal fans are in the mood to celebrate a St. Totteringham Day when we all would’ve preferred celebrating the title.

  17. If you really want to Congratulate Leicester City,
Try going on to one of their sites and doing it.. Err.. like I did,
Instead of doing it on here, for other Gooner’s to read ?

The above Topic has no irrelevance to Leicester City,
So theres absolutely no chance of anyone involved with Leicester reading your congratulations messages!

    Dumbass! ??

    1. @FBG
Thats why I wrote it here, for other Gooners to read…I don’t go on other teams pages. Got no need to…

  18. Get rid of these players
    Szczesny sell for 10 m.
Debuchy old and not good enough save 60k
Mertesaker earns almost 100k old and not good enough
Gibbs not good enough injury prone
Flamini, arteta and rosicky old and past their best
Ox, Theo and Giroud overpaid losers
    Ramsey one season wonder.

  19. Proud of Wenger out fans
    Ashamed of Akb’s and Wenger.
Only one Wenger would believe Giroud will win u league title.

  20. something new for sure will happen at the very least we will be getting new players the question being who ……a striker with 30 goals abomyang a central defender a midfielder
new maneger who diago simone will do well with atlatico or lazio he is connected to them arsenal needs some one within its ranks some one connected to them
But today we seen an ugly encounter were certain players should have had the red i think technology should come in to it and players should be disciplined after
The premier league is a physical strong competition to win it you got to be very strong very accurate and very demanding and if you do not have the team to do it you do not win our team didn’t live to exceptions of last season so there for changes will have to happen

  21. To do all of your suggestions Arsene will needs to “up grade” his brain. Last time we won the title he was using a brain processor that equal to Pentium 4 (no wonder we’re outclass now). It should be replace by core i9. That’s the problem, I don’t think the old motherboard will accept it. So, instead of this impossible up grade, Arsene should rather remove all of his brain and totally replace it. I heard Johan Cruyff brain is available at Cryogenic store.
A bad joke isn’t it? Thumb me down big times!

  22. Does anyone honestly expect Arsene to abandon his long-term British core plan now? Arsene very clearly intends to use Ramsey and Wilshire at every possible opportunity.
What the players desperately need is a couple of significant signings as soon as the transfer window opens. That would give the whole squad a lift and hopefully convince Ozil and Alexis to commit. Waiting until after the Euro’s will only let doubt and disappointment fester in our players minds.
I am expecting a summer of crushing disappointment I am afraid.
