Man City should be scared of Arsenal this time around! By SK
The draws for the FA cup semi-final is out and it is no news that we have been paired against Man City. Once again, we are playing another big team in a major competition. How are we going to fare this time around? Are we going to get whopped again? Will Man City feel our stings this time around? What exactly should we expect?
Early this season, we played the citizens, although we started the game well as Theo Walcott scored a beautiful goal, we ended up losing the game due to defensive errors. The game was a game of two different halves; we played well in the first half but played badly in the second half. Our stars failed to shine that day and we paid dearly for it. But that is in the past.
We are playing them again in the league and in the FA cup and we are going to show them we are a different Arsenal team now. They will be surprised by what will hit them! Why am I so sure? Well, ride along with me as I put you in the mood for an emphatic victory over the Citizens.
By the time we will be playing Man City, we would have gotten our confidence back; we would have started winning games upon games. The season would have been coming to an end and we all know how we play towards the end of every season. When Wenger’s top four finish is threatened, he suddenly turns Arsenal into a winning machine; he will win games that we would have lost if we had played them earlier. We all know how much he cherishes the top four! I can bet money on us finishing in the top four at the end of the season. Based on these premises that we will be on fire towards the end of the season, I believe we will beat the Citizens silly in the FA cup semi-final. They will regret meeting us at that point of the season as we will show them no mercy. I predict us winning that game by three goals to one! Sanchez will score in the game, Giroud will score and Walcott will continue in his scoring form. Come on Gooners, you know I told you we could still end the season on a high? Well, my prediction will still come to pass, or do you doubt me?
