Alexis MAY leave Arsenal but NOT to join a Premier League club

To be perfectly honest it would be a hard enough thing for we Arsenal fans to see our star striker Alexis Sanchez call time on his career as an Arsenal player at the end of this season, but it would be nigh on imp[ossible to take if we let him go to one of our Premier League rivals, which is why the Arsenal board are determined to not let that happen according to the Daily Mail.

We are still not sure whether the Chilean will go in the summer or not, although the paper is claiming that he will. It could depend on whether Arsene Wenger is still going to be the manager, on what the club plans to do in the transfer market to make us more competitive or simply be a matter of paying him what he wants.

If Alexis does decide to call it a day, though, we have little choice but to sell him and invest the money in another forward. If the club really are intent on blocking any transfer to an EPL rival, and I think we have to be, it might mean we get a bit less for him but there will surely be plenty of interest, don’t you think?

  1. It doesn’t matter where he goes. As long as the board and manager remain constant, why care where players want to go. Adebayor, Nasri, RVP, Sagna, Clichy, Cole all left for our rivals. Nothing changed so why care now.

  2. we have Sanogo and OG who contributes nothing and so little in terms of striking respectively, but still we want to sell the best one we have, typical Arsenal

    1. Not every thread needs to be an opportunity to base Giroud. His “little contribution” this year includes a six game stretch where he carried us. He was a good buy and was never bought with the intention of being number one.
