Arsenal has begun the search for a new manager after they fired Unai Emery last week.
The Gunners have put Freddie Ljungberg in temporary charge, but the Swede will not be there for long as they have already begun making plans for a new manager.
Reports from Mirror Sports claims that the Gunners have made a list of 12 managers who could fill the spot left by Emery.
The list includes the likes of Mikel Arteta, Brendan Rodgers, and Mauricio Pochettino.
Arteta was one of the leading candidates to land the job prior to Emery but the Gunners decided to go for a more experienced manager and named Emery.
Other targets include Max Allegri and Nuno Espirito Santo, although the report claims there are no clear favourites at the moment.
Pochettino has just left Arsenal’s biggest rivals Tottenham and he has admitted that he is ready to get back into the hot seat.
He would be a major coup, but his affiliation with Spurs may see the Argentinean turn down the Gunners.
Brendan Rodgers has recently admitted that he has a release clause on his current deal, but it would be tough for the former Liverpool boss to leave high-flying Leicester City and become the next Arsenal boss.
Poch wants the Manchester United job, not the Arsenal.
He alongside Artera were top of the list for replacing Emery.
Right now he’s not interested in managing Arsenal. Esnts the United Job, perhaps that’s why the board has moved on to Marcelino and Blanc, Arteta isn’t available for now so stop worrying yourself, the board obviously can’t wait for him till the ending of the season.
They might switch back to Artera if they get an experience coach willing to take over for a short term though.
Right now, members of the board at United are starting to question Ole and it’s said that he has maybe 4 or 5 games to turn it around, but of Cus I dont see him it around, as they Play Tottenham and Mourinho who’ll be looking to make them look bad, and City next. Poch might get his choice after all and soon.
Seriously I don’t want Marcelino or Blanc, no disrespect to both of em.
But beggars can’t be choosers, Poch wants United, Arteta wants to be at City until the summer, Bodgers is happy over there, Allegri said he ain’t interested as he’s on a sabbatical.
So I’d rather give a young English manager the job than one of Marcelino and Blanc.

No Eddie Howe please, because he has bad record against Wenger and Emery. If he could only beat Wenger once and cannot beat Emery at all, how can he improve Arsenal?

We have to find a manager who is a nemesis for both Wenger/ Emery and Arsenal’s weaknesses, such as Klopp and Guardiola. Arsenal have to stop chasing Pochettino as well, because he lost many times against Mourinho and Pellegrini
The best candidate for this Arsenal Job for now is Brenda Rogers. Pay the price and bring him, he will still fight for something before it is too late.
Brenda wouldn’t come to us as much as I think he’s the best out there, he’s guaranteed CL football next year and maybe even as champions and we are unlikely to even be in the EL. It’s not down to the price it’s down to ambition.
