Arsenal fans need to unite to intimidate Man United and all our enemies

Lets Come Together. By Galen Sona

I have always considered Arsenal FC to be the FC Hollywood of the premier league. There is always something negative for the media to talk about. Can you imagine what they would have said if we were Spurs right now? Can you imagine what they would have said if we finished 6th like United after spending half a billion? Klopp, for all his heavy metal football has won 0 trophies. Even when we are winning 5 nil, the media still find something negative to say. The fan base is completely divided between Wenger in and Wenger out. The discontent among our fans is growing. But we must come together if we have any plan of doing a job against Manchester United.

I don’t like the owner or the board, but that should never stop us from supporting our team. We are fans of a great football club and our support should be 100%. What’s the point of having 60,000 people in the stadium if they can’t create an intimidating atmosphere? To be honest, I remember a Liverpool fan telling me there is more atmosphere in his bedroom than at the Emirates. We just can’t choose when to support the team and when not to support the team. The North London derby was a great example of the stadium coming together and bonding with the team, and we saw what happened on the pitch. But why can’t we do that at every home game?

Three points against Huddersfield is the same as 3 points vs the big clubs. So why should we chose what game to sing and what game not to sing? There are no excuses anymore. The players are giving us something to shout about. They are all fighting for the shirt, even Ozil and Sanchez with all the contract stories are giving 110%. So why are we not doing the same at the Emirates?

I know the excuses, loads of tourist in the stadium, expensive tickets and rich people don’t sing, the real fans don’t come to the stadium. It is time for the fans to give something to these players. There is no bigger game at the Emirates than against Manchester United. Lets go out there and give these players the gas they need to press at the speed of light. Let me tell you something folks, it is finally coming together, the team is finally gelling, the players know their role, the back 3 is solid, the front 3 is dangerous, Ramsey is bossing it – and we don’t have as many injuries as we had in the past seasons .

As fans we have a job to do. I hope we do our jobs by going out there and supporting our players. We already have so many enemies as a football club, we can’t join the media and shoot ourselves down. Just watch Match of Day to know how many friends we have, just look at BT sport or Sky, or the numerous papers saying negative things all the time, we have no friends folks. In the words of Lennon and Mccartney, Lets come together.

If we beat Manchester United, we go 1 point behind them. That’s not too bad for a club in crisis. Have an awsome weekend fellow Gunners.

  3. Jeremy says:

    Does ‘our enemies’ include Kroenke?

    1. Galen says:

      @ Jeremy
lol, Yes he is, personally our hatred for him shouldn’t stop us from supporting our team. That’s what am trying to say.

  4. Andcliff says:

Well said. If AFC supporters were like the Palace supporters we would probably win the EPL!!

  5. Ackshay says:

our lack of atmosphere does come from the rich whose butt are too heavy to stand and chant plus there have been previous complaint of steward shutting people who were standing and chanting. However there seems to be a certain amount of lenience given by stewards to certain section like section 6 & 11.
We have one of the best away fan support and they make a lot of noise so i dont see any reason that they wouldnt want to some noise at emirates if they were afforded the chance. Safe Standing would revigorate the stadium atmosphere but they are too lazy or greedy to allow it.

    1. Galen says:

      @ Ackshay

      Completely agree with you.

      1. Kenny Rolfe says:

Problem is 90% of the Emirates crowd never went to Highbury, half of them seem to be visitors from different parts of the world and as the Huddlesfield fans told us, is like a library. Don’t even know “COME ON YOU REDS”

        1. Ivan says:

Sadly Kenny football moved away from it’s roots 25 years ago. Arsenal in particular priced itself outside ordinary working class folk The middle class soft pink cheeked people that pay their money are for the most part too genteel to be properly vocal in their support.

          1. Kenny Rolfe says:

Exactly Ivan, the board preferred the prawn sandwich brigade to the working class youngsters. Sadly, all about money

  6. dragunov762mm says:

Arsene already broke his duck againts Mou last season. So, it’ll no mental barrier for us even with Manure recent form and stabilities. We might not be champ this season ?? (unless some drastic change happen to Manshit) and therefore this should be Arsene’s last ride, but to jump over Manure is not impossible. Well I could see Mou’s busses are coming?? like those who parked at Anfield. The (not) special one (anymore) is too pussy to fight like a man..??. We will need another special effort like the spuds game again. So, get behind the team you all, COYG???☝☝

  8. funkyrith says:

Off topic, since we will lose Ozil/Alexis at end of the year, and many good players are going bossman for a better pay package, who are our options?
    Ander Herrera
    Max Meyer
    Faouzi Ghoulam

    1. kklin says:

      You’re kidding right?

    1. Kenny Rolfe says:

      What’s that a scouse’s song, What’s next Penny Lane

  10. kristoman says:

the one who spend to try and win league is a failure why the one that didn’t spend and fight for top four is a success. an akb logic right there.
loser mentality you know what I would rather have a manager who spend zillions to try and win league to the one who sheik away siting excuse of not spending. Jesus these people do not know we are arsenal.we compete for titles not top 4 God.
