I’ve read conflicting reports. The article says that the injury is worse than first feared and he could be out for months.
Yet on the BBC Website it says that it’s not as bad as first feared, and it will be weeks rather than months.
Which report you believe is open to question.
Then I’ve just read on the Arsenal Website, that Havertz has had a successful minor operation and he will begin his rehab as soon as possible.
The article was written before confirmation of the operation taking place. The website says it was minor and he will begin rehab shortly. I am quite relieved it’s not long term for him, and of course, for the team

I would go e8th the Beeb report and Arsenal saying its a .minor surgery to suggest it’s probably 4 weeks…similar to Saka
Thankfully we bought enough to strengthen our squad..
Excited to see Eze play next week…I suspect he will be a sub and Martinelli plays LW as he has a good record against Liverpool. If Ode is not fit I hope Nwaneri players there as that should be his best position

Apparently Odegaard is still going to be joining up with his national team. So on that basis, you’d think he’s not to far away from fitness.
Thanks Big D. But international manager might have called key player into camp for team meetings, have their own physios look him over, and send him back without intending to play him. International camps are a bit like that, rare opportunity for manager to be with his players.

Have read, he wont be out for long, its only minor surgery.

I hope Havertz recovers quickly as ,prior to the injury ,he was looking fitter and stronger than ever and was ready to make a real impact this season..Until he and Jesus are available i would hope Arteta would use Martinelli as back up for Goykeres as central striker.This may necessitate a tweak in our tactics to a more counter attacking plan away from home in particular but is preferable to using Merino in that role imo.
Let’s wait and see how long he actually takes to make a full recovery. It’s all basically guesswork until then.
I just hope that saka, ode and kai will all come back soon.
