Forced our hand into hijacking the Eze deal. Top class signing and world class player but I think Mikel wanted a top class out and out left winger. Hopefully we still do even if it’s a lesser name. Lookman and Eze and it’s the best window in our entire history.
I’ve just looked on the BBC Website, and they’ve reported that Arsenal have made a move for Eze. I hope its true, but it feels like we’ve been here before. 🤞🤷♂️

The word is that we are back in for Eze; fabulous news if true. I read a facebook post that the player would favour Spurs because he thinks he will have a better chance of winning things. It shows that Spurs fans are already getting spooked. Don’t they know he and his entire family are gooners, and that he was living the dream before we let him go at age 13. I would really love to piss them off majorly by getting Eze. They are apparently prepared to include Richarlison in the deal, which won’t appeal to palace!

Agreed Reggie. There have been some big late and even right up to the deadline day deals in the past but it seemed that they were more for the purpose of making certain we were able to maintain our UCL qualification. This one feels like something more in the realm of trying to do what’s necessary to win the title and/or UCL and not just for assuring UCL qualification.
I have thought since buying Rice, they were on board for the league.

Get the Eze deal over with and let’s rest easy.
