If Eze goes to Spurs, then I have to express my disrespect to the Arsenal transfer staff. IMO Eze has. everything what Arsenal need.
And he’s been a Gooner supporter since being a kid.
And he’s in his prime and PL ready, its kind of madness to pass up a player like this. We have a few new players that will take time to bed-in, possibly costing us points on the way, getting Eze in would be a great way to have fresh ideas and energy walk straight into the starting 11.
Looks like he’s bound for spurs – unless someone abroad comes in for him. Should he turn out for the spuds you do know he could be a nightmare playing against us. And still…
its not great, businesswise, letting a player leave as we had done with Eze – only to buy him back for £70M (or thereabouts). So its looking like Semenyo or Rodrigo on the radar for now.
Well a few weeks ago we were told Eze said to all his friends he was joining Arsenal..

I get the feeling Arsenal was never interested in Eze, how then can they explain priorizing Madueke purchase over the Crystal Palace Man.

If you checked the posts here, I reckon over 90% would have been in favour of getting Eze, indeed to many it was virtually a “done deal” weeks ago.
As latest reports suggest, he may not be bound for The Emirates after all, I see the “Oh well, we never really wanted him” line is being readied now, just in case.
Because of the length of time the rumors and the counter rumors were going on I started to have my doubts that we were ever interested in him.
But if we were, then to stand by and let Spurs steal a march on us is quite frankly embarrassing. How many times have Arsenal been caught out in the past, watching said player while another team makes a move instead of just watching. Embarrassing.🤦♂️
It’s all about not disrupting Arteta’s favorites.Eze coming in will expose Odeegard. Maybe it is just me, but I am not seeing any improvement in players at Arsenal.
