It claims his preference is to join Erik Ten Hag at Manchester United, and he has no intention of joining another EPL club.
Milinkovic-Savic will bring quality to the Arsenal squad, but they cannot force him to join them.

We will only enjoy having him in our squad if he decides he wants to join us.
There are several other players at other clubs that dream of playing for us and can do a good job. We need to identify them and add them to this squad.
Don’t trust The Sun! Awful paper, half the writers are United fans. And lets face it, Milinkovic-Savic might not want to join us but I don’t believe for a second he would only want to join United. Liverpool, Man City? Fair enough. Maybe even Chelsea. But United? Who’s blatant first choice is de Jong? Who’s main striker is trying desperately to leave? Who are yet to even get their transfer business going (barring paying over the odds for Martinez)? 🤪 Sorry, seems highly unlikely.
Also, Fabrizio Romano just this week encouraged Arsenal to go in for him, and he’s far more trusted than The Sun.
