At last! Something for Arsenal fans to be happy about……

Something for Arsenal fans to be happy about! by Koss The Boss

Finally Arsene gets a taste of a victory over Jose… even though only took 14 games!! It gets us a bit of confidence going into the last few games and a must-win FA CUP Final against nearly crowned champions Chelsea. Another few pluses was seeing West Ham end Spurs title hopes, Liverpool drops points, and obviously Utd losing.

What this means is really we need West Ham to do us one more favour against Liverpool this weekend for us to make Top 4, if we win our games of course, and we can if we show up starting with an away trip to Southampton on Wednesday. We could pip them to 4th as we have 3 games in hand, 10pts behind, so c’mon West Ham! Away to Stoke & home to Sunderland should be 6 points. If we are to do it we have to win.

Champions League is a must to hold on to Sanchez, attract players of his calibre to rebuild & progress to the next level in terms of on field football in this quiet but luxurious Stadium! I don’t like the thought of Europa League though we would have a better chance of competing to win it!

Then on to the big one….FA CUP Final. That would a fitting way for Arsene to bow out & something he should of done 2years ago. Leave on a high for a new hungrier manager with new & dated ideas/methods. Plus beating Jose could be even sweeter now he finially did it!!

It would be a half decent ending to a miserable season to lift the FA Cup, get Top 4, Arsene to leave on a high, and the rebuild with a nice bit of backing money-wise for a new manager & sporting director.

Im still a Wenger Out along with Stan, Ivan, Dick & most of the Board ,but will get behind the team for the good of the club moving forward for these next few finals! Not the worst start to a Monday morning!!

  1. Arsene Wenger says:

Work hard and then maybe, just maybe you’ll scrap a 4th place. That’s what I tell them every day.

    1. Taxi4Wenger says:

Wenger out, you shameless pathetic braindead fossil.

Just pis$ off from our beloved club, the only new contract you will get is a toilet attendant ligetime work contract so you will still be at arsenal cause we know you dont have a life outside arsenal.

      1. Galen says:

Look at the so call klopp , he had no European football yet He’s struggling to make the top 4. Gusdiola was suppose to be the second coming of Jesus. All he came with was Gabriel Jesus. People say city needs to spend another £250 million , as if they haven’t spent enough already .

I want the owners to go out there and spend some real money so we see what Wenger could do . If Pep needs £250 million then what do we need?

        1. John Ibrahim says:

          We need 750m

          a major overhaul

          1. Galen says:

Lol Ibra , isn’t that enough money to buy Tottenham or Everton FC etc. Lol

    2. bran99 says:

heheheh! Mr. Wenger do you know that, you are too old to be this sarcastic.. you are beyond your expiry date

      1. Arsene Wenger says:

Son, judge me in May. 2019, that is.

        1. Taxi4Wenger says:

          Here, i’ll judge your behind.

          Shameless useless pathetic horse crap.

          1. Arsene Wenger says:

Son, I am not the type but you can try our dedicated section at the club

          2. Taxi4Wenger says:

Yeah, cuz your behind is already as big wide as goodyear tyre.

Mind the gap to spuds poch you old weasel.

          3. Arsene Wenger says:

Gap is too big. Our jolly neighbours need at least 13 years to match our achievements. My dear amigo, Maurice, confessed just the other day that he needs to leave London. He didn’t said where but I have seen he was holding Iberia tickets.

    3. Ozil says:

When do you expect us to start work hard? This summer or next season?

      1. Arsene Wenger says:

Son, you can start working whenevr you want. You are my favorite player. You and Theodore.

        1. Taxi4Wenger says:

Take off your mini bra, old magoo.

        2. Ozil says:

Thank’s Dad. I think I will start next season as long as people are not mean to me because you know how I can’t run when people are mean to me (defenders or fans).

  2. Goonerboy says:

Nice article, well said….really enjoyed the game on sunday…
Oh! How the wingback suits the Ox., he pops up with an assist every now and then and he is so dangerous down that flank, he does well more than Moses imo, am happy for him…

Going forward, IF we wanna stick with this formation, we could lure, Cuadrado from Chelsea or Willian, offload Walcott as he can never play in the formation, get Kolasinac to play the Left wingback, let Ozil go and get get James Rodriguez or Isco….

All those suggestions are dependent on the formation..
If Sanchez leaves just get Lacazette or Douglas Costa from Bayern as he isn’t getting enough minutes there, and probably add Lukaku to that…

In midfield, offload Wilshere, Elneny and get Pjanic from Juventus or Bakayoko from Monaco…

    1. Juhi McLovin says:

I think Fabinho is the one midfielder to get from Monaco rather than Bakayoko..

Fabinho’s a great tackler, tall and physical but who can shoot as well (8 goals). His passing (85%) is accurate but can lob a long ball too. Oh and he’s difficult to dispossess (0.5) and still young at 23.

    2. Nebsy says:

Don’t get too ambitious with those transfer fantasies, mate. It’s Kroenke’s Arsenal we’re talking about. Whoever gets in will be at a bargain, I’m telling you that. I reckon no top player wants join Arsenal as long as Kroenke is the majority owner, especially since he said what he said about winning titles.
Once Sanchez has “the talk” with Wenger, he’ll come to the same conclusion as RVP did back in the day, but this time the atmosphere will be completely honest between the manager and an ambitious footballer ready to leave. Something along the lines:”We never were intent on winning major trophies, Alexis. We had to sell merch, so we bought you and Ozil and we lied to everyone that we’re title-oriented. We never were under Kroenke and never will, so if you’re looking for a club with footballing ambitions, my friendly advice is run away from here as fast as you can, son. You might actually win something.”

      1. Galen says:

For all of Ramsey’s weaknesses, he is a fighter , he covers the most ground and he is trying to win every ball. Quality alone is not good enough , for ozil to just be walking back without the effort is criminal . A good team would exploit that . Spurs did.

I have seen enough of Ozil now to know that the most he deserves is £140,000 a week. How is he more important than the other players? And please we need to stop that ridiculous song.. Mesuut ozillllll
        “I don’t just think you understand”? Yes I don’t understand .
Giving ozil £300,00 would mean even ox would ask for £250,000. To give a passenger such money?let him go to Bayern Munich. If we get £35 million we should take it and run.

        1. Midkemma says:

Care to back your claim up with stats?
Ozil appears lazy but he runs more than most players in total over the 90 mins, not claiming he is killing himself for the cause but he does put effort in, most the time though highlight watching people do not see the whole game and all the off the ball movement he does.

  3. Taxi4Wenger says:

What? Be happy, after we might not get that coveted delusional top four trophy at the season end?

Are you kidding me? Whats this flip floping disaster thats holding us back. Where is the protests?

    Arrrrgggghhh…. what have we become?
Anothet 2 more years of wengers crap.

    1. Goonerboy says:

You called it the delusional top 4 and yet you said you can’t be happy if we don’t get it….
What do you really want??? Not a Wenger fan just wanna know??

      1. Taxi4Wenger says:

      2. Midkemma says:

It feels like an impossible task at times but I do hope supporters can think about what they are saying, you pointed out something obvious that Taxi4Wenger can not see….

Some fans want things to be black and white and put down thoughts that show it to be a bit more complicated, they want CL football but they don’t want to appear happy for getting it otherwise it gives Wenger credit.

Wenger isn’t perfect, far from it… He does deserve SOME credit though and to recognise anything that would give him credit is something they can not do.

Recognising some good doesn’t mean that it is good enough, to me though it would show an educated intelligent individual who isn’t as prone to knee jerk reactions.

  4. Fatboy Gooney says:

Happy? ?? Yes! Even Mo said that was the first time that he saw Arsenal fans smiling lol ?
And Yup, An FA cup and champions league qualifications would put a sugar coating and cherry on top of what was a ?? season.

I read that Dick Law is leaving at the end of the season, apparently there was issues between him and Ozil during negotiations for the players contract extension… One down three to go.

    1. Juhi McLovin says:

Where you read that? GOOD RIDDANCE DICK. YOU WILL NOT BE MISSED.

      1. Ozil says:

The Same article where they said Kroenke’s son is now handling me because we get along so good. PS: (I hope they don’t really think I will reduce my wage demands just because I might like the son of this Billionaire owner more than Law)

        1. Fatboy Gooney says:

          That’s the one lol?

        2. Taxi4Wenger says:

You mean Josh is handling you ozil from behind?

          What a cupcake.

    2. Midkemma says:

I also read it was Dick Law who messed up the Suarez transfer, He also messed up another transfer by missing a flight…

Imagine if we had got Pep and Law messed up some transfers… Would you have blamed Pep like you blame Wenger?

      1. Janssen says:

I honestly believe Pep is rare in that he has principles and is hard on himself so I can not image Pep being around at any club after 3 years of not winning anything. He would do the right thing and resign. I think he would never want to be accused of being a free rider and he wants to feel like he is making a difference.

  5. Nebsy says:

We should celebrate this win, regardless of the situation. W won against Mou’s Manure finally! That’s a nice thing. Really is. And because of that I don’t want to think about the ugly things at our club for a few days. Nice victories should be celebrated! COYG!

    1. Taxi4Wenger says:

You flip flop. Make up your mind.

  6. Vanpayslip thought of the day: Are you down with FFP (yeah you know me) says:

Wow Wenger finally did what he should have a decade ago. Woopty ******* doo let’s celebrate some pointless and arbitrary achievement that doesn’t exist. Let’s go all the way and turn this one into a trophy too.

  7. Vlad says:

Now this is a nice read. Unlike constant whining from guys like Konstantin, who can’t even enjoy a win, I can get on-board with something like this. Yes, I realize there are problems with the club. Yes, I realize there’s a lot of room for improvement. But I also want my team to win, and I want to sit back, relax, and reflect on those wins.

    1. Midkemma says:

Well said Vlad, it is nice to enjoy the victory 🙂
I expected to see a loss, always hope for a win against Jose but I been doing that for years XD
It was a nice watch, our def looked good ad CM looked like they was up for thee game, it was a good game in the end and I am pleased with the win.

We are having a bad season so a silver lining is nice to sit back, relax and reflect upon the wins 🙂
