AudioPost – Wenger on the injuries, right-wing and dentists!

Here we have another AudioPost from Arsene Wenger’s Swansea v Arsenal pre-match conference yesterday, where he discusses the injury situation and how quickly some players will be returning to the squad.

He also talks about how the international games do not help the situation, and gives us hints into who will be playing on the right-wing against Swansea today.

And where did that dentist come from lol…..

  1. What a shocking situation to be in.
With the Bayern game and imminent London Derby we have Giroud as our only striker and no obvious right winger. Maybe for the West Brom game too.
Akpom and Gnabry both on loan spring to mind.
I have a feeling we are going to see more of Flamini 🙁 and Cazorla on the wing 🙁
    Wenger where’s the sqaud depth?
After the pretty good Capital one cup showing I’d like to see Bielek step up some time in the near future, more disciplined DM player I’d guess than charge forward Flamini!

    1. We have two of our striker options injured. Most sides have two or three for cf position just a shame two of ours are out.

  2. What about Jeff? He has come back now from the U17 World Cup. He is match fit and was impressive in pre-season.

  3. just so confused right now……. These ae not the best of times for us to drop points……..Hope we pull through

  4. flamini will step in. ozil on the right.
    cecb
    bellerin – kos – mert – monreal
    coq – flamini
    ozil – carzola – sanchez
    giroud.

  5. Must say am a bit more nervous about this game than I was before midweek, and then two difficult games coming also. We need these points for the wheels not to fall off and we need our optimism back. Some were to quick to read into shef game and took it as a see told ya so I was right to mock chances but today is a game that will be very telling. Difficult place to travel but if managed will be an important set of points.
