Hector Bellerin scored an own goal as Real Betis succumbed to a 2-0 home loss to Sevilla.

The Spaniard has otherwise done well in his time in Spain and he wasn’t the only Arsenal loanee who was in action over the weekend.

The club updated fans on the others on its website as well, with William Saliba continuing his fine form by helping Marseille keep a clean sheet in a 0-0 draw with FC Metz.

Matteo Guendouzi also played the match as he continues to be undroppable to the French club.

Reiss Nelson came off the bench to provide the assist for a late winner for his loan club Feyenoord in their game against AZ Alkmaar.

Lucas Torreira played for over one hour as his Fiorentina team lost 1-0 to Juventus.

They had a man sent off late in the game, which helped Juve to win it late on.

Harry Clarke played for Ross County in their 4-2 loss to Rangers in a thrilling contest.

Daniel Ballard was forced off injured in Millwall’s match against Derby County. He had played the first 64 minutes before leaving.

Matt Smith saw action twice in five days with Doncaster Rovers in matches against Crewe Alexandra and Scunthorpe United.

Miguel Azeez and Nikolaj Moller were also in action for a few minutes for Portsmouth and Viktoria Koln, respectively.

  1. Saliba was impressive yet again for OM but FC Metz
was a collective abomination in front of the net. I
watched the highlights and FCM wasted 3 or 4
Grade A scoring opportunities, 2 of which were
    Auba (Watford) esque.

And FWIW there is an embarrassment of young
riches in Ligue 1. Edu and MA should be scooping
up as much talent as possible.
