Oh I don’t want to bother myself with “nearly signeds”. It is too much emotional torture for me.
But I am a bit calm now with what we have done.
Holding – Promising CB, decent player
Mustafi – Proven CB, good player
Elneny – Proven CM, good player
Xhaka – Proven CDM, very good player
Perez – Proven CF, good player
If this was last summer, I’d have said we can have the title for ourselves right away. But this summer, things has changed a lot.
The “bigger” clubs have invested more massively (players and managers), the “smaller” clubs have invested as much as we have.
It is going to be tough one for all, but maybe a simple one for the “bigger” clubs at the same time.
