Lacazette confident that OLA can only get better

It is only in the last few weeks that we have seen Arsenal’s dream team of Mesut Ozil, Alexis Sanchez and Alexandre Lacazette playing together, and according to our 50 Million Pound man the partnership can only get better..

Lacazette told Arsenal.com: “For Mesut, it’s about passes, his vision of the game and passes,”

“And for Alexis, perseverance. He always wants to go further, be stronger and rise higher. As well as being very fast, he always wants go even further.

“I already get on very well with them in every day life. On the pitch, we’ve gotten to a point where we understand one another better, better than at the beginning. We learn more every day. But we already know how the other likes to play so it’s easier for us.

“The coach puts all three of us together or puts us into pairs. Then, I’m the one who has to get to know them more, rather than them as they’ve been playing together for quite a few years.

“It takes time to adapt. It will take days, weeks, maybe months, I don’t know. But, it’s not a problem, but I know that in time we’ll get on even better.”

We would all rather that you gelled a bit quicker than that, but in my mind Lacazette is the missing link that could be the catalyst for success once they have buikt up a better relationship. If the rumours are true about Ozil signing a new contract then we only need to get Alexis back on board and we will have the best strike force in the Premier League next season.

Come on the AOL!

  1. Not really relevant if our defense keeps conceding idiotic goals like against United.

Laca has, been great IMO. Coming from the French league often takes at least a season to adapt. He’s coped well so far.

    1. He’s really impressed and adapted quickly. This new attacking trident of Sanchez, Ozil and Lacazette is showing tremendous promise.

Very unfortunate that our recent defensive solidity gave way to ghastly errors against a team like Man U. I’m sure the lads are kicking themselves and are trying to improve. Mustafi had a couple man of the match performances just prior to this, so he must be feeling gutted. Don’t dwell on it, just keep dominating and keep your head on your shoulders and we’ll win. Onwards and upwards!

    2. I’m still not confident with cassette, Blu-ray age guys. I want auba, do you’ll think he will be interested in everton.

      1. Yeah, unstoppable when we ship goals like crazy. Where is looserpool right now, most dangerous quad between mo salah, firmino, mane and coutinho…..a goal every 23 mins between them.

  2. OLA would be more motivated if the contract rebels sign the contract extensions as soon as possible. Unfortunately they are still looking for better opportunity in January.

Wilshere, Giroud, Iwobi, Nelson and Welbeck could force OLA to perform. Otherwise one of them would take the first team spot, if one of OLA is injured.

  3. ola? OLA?
thats the name. thats a thing?

    ok then

still gets on my nerve granit is pony, if he was playing as he should be
it would be boom xhaka laca
    sad times

  4. Please people should stop mentioning Giroud for God sake. Even if anyone leaves then we get another player. No more Giroud or Walcott. These unproductive and never lmproofed players have successfully turn arsenal FC to a small team

  5. OLA make a great front three. The best we’ve had for a very long time, and good enough to challenge for major trophies.

To keep OLA together, Arsenal FC must to do some serious work strengthening the rest of the team to convince Alexis and Ozil not to further their careers elsewhere.

Will that happen? Very sadly, history would suggest that it’s unlikely. I hope it does happen though.

  6. It’s hard to see Alexis Sanchez or Ozil staying. They’ve seen how negative and self-destructive the fans are. Last year there were protests and acts of sabotage by our own fans even as our team was in first place. These people who label themselves “fans” hate the team and will do anything to see it lose and thus justify their scandalous, self-destructive behavior. They are 100% the cause of Arsenal’s so-called “mental fragility”. Despite the fact that the players are behind their manager and play with passion, these drunken morons think they know better than actual real professionals.

They feel entitled to a PL title just because they buy tickets. There is no such thing as “deserving” a title mates. Fans are the 12th man on the pitch and a team is only as good as its weakest link. If fans insist on hurling abuse at its stars they will leave. If they insist on being negative instead of showing some spine and supporting the team, the team will lose. That’s 100% entirely predictable.

Please stop with this childish magical thinking that if you change managers you automatically win the PL title the next season. Look around the league, changing managers is not a magical cure-all. Instead, focus on yourselves, something you CAN change, and come out with the same warrior spirit as the lads on the pitch. If you can’t do that, support Tottenham or Man U, but don’t come to the games. The team do not need you, and the real fans who actually support the team, and there are millions of us around the world, do not need you either.

  7. Well I wish we fans can see the importance of Aaron Ramsey in this team as well. Especially with the way he has gone back to the basics. Simple passes and whenever he attempts long ones, it’s almost certain to work. His runs into the box is still one of our strengths. I think wenger should get him a proper DM who does the marking for him and let the guy continue to work on his creativity. He can actually become the new Fabregas. An
