Man City and Arsenal will attack each other to the end – Expect goals!

When Arsenal are on form, they are consistently known as a team that creates fast, flowing attacking football from all over the pitch, and Pep Guardiola’s Man City side is also developing that reputation now and are arguably doing it more successfully at the moment. Both sides have scored 63 League goals this season already which averages out at two goals each in every single game, and this fact only emphasises the attacking philosophy of both teams.

In the last 5 meetings between these sides there have been a total of 19 goals, and none of the games have yielded a clean sheet for either team, so there is no reason why we can’t expect more of the same tomorrow afternoon. The City midfielder Yaya Toure is certainly expecting the fans to see a very entertaining match. He said: “I think the philosophy of football on the field is a little bit similar, because the two teams are going to attack.

“The fans don’t have to expect one team to defend and the other to attack. They WILL expect it.

“The two teams are going to attack each other to the end, fighting for one objective – the FA Cup trophy.

“I think it’s going to be a beautiful game. We expect that as players, the fans expect for sure because the in two games we’ve played against Arsenal (this season) there were a lot of goals.

“I think we are the team who produce the most beautiful games. We all do a good job and we’ve been doing it, I think.

“We deserve something. Of course, I don’t take credit from Chelsea or Arsenal or Tottenham for being there.

“I think these four clubs, are fighting. They have all won trophies and I think the one who is going to win will deserve it.”

I think we are in for a feast of football this weekend in both semi-finals, but I am certain there will be more goals in Sunday’s game than Saturday’s. I just hope Arsenal can score more than Man City!

  1. I’ve Just seen some photos of our jokers in training ?
Apparently Danny Setback missed a session (no surprise there) ? And as always our lads were pictured laughing and joking about whilst doing their gay routine exercises ? Oh.. Did I mention Bellerin’s new hairstyle? well, the less said about it the better… Twitter has gone into meltdown with one of the best tweets claiming that Bellerin’s valuation has just plummeted by £10 million lol ?
Call it what you like.. Braiding, cornrolls, platts ? either way he looks like a muppet with Go-faster-stripes ?

  2. should we be in good form i am optimistic after winning the last game, hope that mr stubborn leave out ramsey otherwise. with all respect its better without him. gooner = forever

  3. Wenger is proving that an old Dog can learn new tricks,by playing 3 at the back and against City tomorrow he will attempt another new trick by playing 3 behind Cech’s back ?

  4. Looking at the Chelsea V Spuds lineups, it seems as if Chelsea are planning on winning this in the second half, they have got Hazard,Fab and Costa sitting on the bench.?
I reckon the Spuds will be leading at Halftime, but whether they have enough to hold on, we’ll have to wait and see.

  5. I don’t think I will even bother watching it tomorrow.
I cannot bring my self to support a team managed by Wenger anymore.
No doubt he will get a massive new deal from this regardless of the score.
I think that is the reason why I am beginning to really dislike Arsenal now. It has no standards anymore. If we lose heavily there will be no inquest just that senile idiot feeding us crap about mental strength and winning all of the remaining games
Arsenal have become a laughing stock around the world thanks to Wenger.
Not seen as a legend anymore just a senile despot trying to cling to the belief that he is still a good manager when evidence suggests he couldn’t motivate anyone.
Jose saw it years ago when he labelled him the specialist in failure…

    1. Hahaha….well said gooner

      .
But there’s a Lil problem….. Wengerites were spotted heading your way a few miles from ere and they were all armed with “thumbsdown”

  6. Strange question but if spurs win who thinks we could actually beat them in the final?
Man for man this spurs side currently look like the best side in the pl, ergh! It’s bad enough that they’re going to finish above is this year 🙁

  7. Chelsea versus Spurs looks tight. Arsenal would have been 3 goals down already with a man sent off

  8. ILLUSIONS
For Arsenal the season is over. I am a die hard Arsenal fan but I hope they do not qualify for the Champions League. I do not also want them to qualify for European League because it is an unnecessary distraction. I hope Man City will eliminate them from the Cup so Arsene Wenger’s humiliation will be complete the say way that his unnecessary stubbornness has resulted in the humiliation of Arsenal Fans. Thereafter, we can start talking.

  9. I hope city wins tomorrow to avoid being humiliated by Chelsea or Spurs. Spurs looks the best team in the league. They will surely get better should they keep these young players together for a few years. I can’t say the same about our bottling company.

    1. We did have Harry Kane as an under 12, Kim Jong Weng released him as he “wasn’t good enough”. I might be wrong

  10. 20 goals for Dele Ali this season, Ox is yet to score 20 in over 4 seasons, yet Arsenal fans hype him up like he’s the next big thing.

  11. after we lose tomorrow to city the fraud prof will crib that his superior team lost as they were playing on a used wembly field
