I thought Leo won’t have a role this year, but he has been wonderful whenever he comes on. Gyokers is not technical and have difficulties to be involved in the game, Leo gives as a new dimension and drops deep. I hope Arteta becomes more creative and stop doing similar subs. I have have loked today to suberino and put martinelli, and gives Eze a go at attacking midfield. All in all, we have a deep squad, and it will be interesting to see how Arteta will handle Saka vs Maudeke because Saka is a type of player you don’t sub consistently. Masquera what a player. I would go with him vs City.

I say arteta must play another number 10(nwaneri) if his beloved underperforming captain ain’t available, even though nwaneri should be benching odegard sometimes.
We need saka back while madueke work on his end product, he relies too much on his left foot and doesn’t use the right when required .
But saka is ambidextrous so saka before madueke yes and no praise for arteta from me.
A keep telling fans the Spaniard is a tactical genius but he hasn’t always get the credit he deserves.
His game plan was spot on and at no point we were in danger of losing on this hostile ground.
At Anfield, It took luck and a peach of a shot to beat us on a ground that the legendary Henry once stated there is no place like it.
Liverpool collected vital points from subs this season so we’ve to learn this also from them. Maghales what’s he got to do with new signings? last season he hurt Merino in training and now Gyokeres. Madueke needs to improve his vision to check first where his teammates are before releasing the ball; avoid making arbitrary erratic decisions. Still it is Arsenal B+ team (When those injured 5 return). Now onto Man City on Sunday reffed by Attwell. With 2 rest days advantage over City.
