Again with the RM rumours 🤦♂️ RM can look👀, but don’t touch😇, any of our players they’d like.
I doubt very much indeed that the youngster will leave Arsenal, but we shouldn’t underestimate the potential pulling power of RM if they are “really” interested in a player.
When RM do come knocking, most players (and their agents) at least open the door, even if nothing happens after that.
If RM knocked half as many times as the media suggests, they’d rival Woody Woodpecker.
But we shouldn’t confuse media reports with actual interest from RM. Arsenal would have signed about a team’s worth of new players already on that basis.
I’m talking about RM having a firm interest in a particular player. That’s when clubs need to be wary (and I hope Arsenal won’t find that out with Saliba).
I agree but I also believe that the times when we had to automatically cower at the mere mention of RM interest is over. Saliba has supposedly been on RM’s radar for years now. When/if he signs his new contract, it will be hardly no time before we’ll be subjected to these unsubstantiated rumours just like after the last extension.
To any Arsenal players that may be considering potential offers from the likes of Real Madrid and Barcelona, the grass isn’t always greener on the other side.

I was in Spain recently and a friend of mine took me for the tour of RM’s ground. He knows people at the club, and he described what the RM president does to convince players to join.
Apparently, they’re shown to the presidential box where they see all of the ultra-modern stadium (and it is a sight “in the flesh”, so to speak) By coincidence, the retractable roof is either opened or closed, or the retractable pitch is replaced in front of them. It’s off to the trophy room then where the 15 European Cups/CL trophies are in a long, shiny, row. It’s quite a head-turner.

Well I’m sure many clubs track him. Chelsea already wanted him this summer but we said no and he has no intentions to move. If we give him opportunities I’m sure he’ll be happy to stay. Winning trophies could help too… maybe
