The Two transfers Wenger wants to complete Arsenal squad?

Although the next transfer window is a good while away yet, it appears that Arsenal transfer rumours never stop. So this week we are hearing that Arsene Wenger has already identified the two players that he will attempt to bring to the club when the current season is over in order to give the Gunners a strong and talented enough squad to challenge for the Premier League title.

And one of those deals could be completed, or at least the terms agreed, in the next week or so, according to a Metro report. The player in question is the talented young Argentinean Paulo Dybala, the Palermo striker that is said to be one of the most sough after young strikers in Europe. Dybala has also been dubbed the new Sergio Aguero because of his all/round game and his finishing power.

The report claims that Arsenal have made it clear to his Italian club that we are willing to meet, or at least get very close to, their valuation of nearly £30 million and that their president is due in London for talks this week to thrash out the details.

The other player that Wenger has apparently set his sights on is the French international midfielder Maxime Gonalons, another Metro report claims. The 25-year old has been at the heart of his current club Lyon’s push for the French title this season which sees them sitting top of the table, closely followed by Marseille and PSG.

The 25/year old defensive midfielder has helped Lyon to concede the fewest goals in the French Ligue 1 and Wenger has decided that Gonalons is the perfect player to boost Arsenal’s midfield options and has instructed the club hierarchy to make it happen.

Would these two transfers complete the Arsenal squad and give us enough to really mount a title challenge next season?
