Tottenham seen off now time to send Everton on their way

It seems that our Premier League rivals just cannot help themselves, first Tottenham failed miserably trying to hijack our transfer deals and now Everton has popped their little heads up.

It is now common knowledge that Tottenham was sent away with their tail between their legs after their pathetic attempt to try and snatch William Saliba from under our noses and now Everton are going to try their luck with Wilfried Zaha, according to the latest reports.

Obviously, they are having trouble reading what is in the media otherwise it would be clear to the Toffees that Zaha wants to sign for Arsenal just as Saliba does.

Why would Zaha want to sign for a club so much smaller than Arsenal in every respect? Well, the answer is easy, he does not want to, he wants to be a Gooner its as simple as that.

Money is not always enough as Spurs have now found out, it is about a player that wants to play for a huge club and no matter how they try the likes of Everton and Tottenham will never be as big as Arsenal.

That may sound harsh and brutal but it is the truth, that is why these players are choosing Arsenal. They want to sign with a club that has success and history written in its DNA, not clubs that come into a bit of cash or have a couple of decent seasons.

I am now enjoying this transfer window because clubs like Tottenham and Everton are showing that despite all the gloom around us at the moment that even when we are at our lowest we are still bigger than our so-called rivals.

  1. Everton can have zaha if they want. As for me I prefer Everton Sousa soares cebalinho.

  2. Lacazette
    Everton Ceballos Aubameyang
    Xhaka Torreira
    Tierney Sokratis Holding Bellerin
    Leno
Niles, iwobi, chambers, kola, Martinez, nelson, willock, ozil. Looking forward. If only we can just stay away from lengthy injuries who knows what can happen.

    1. You are putting the EPL golden boot winner in the flank and seriously xhaka? Haven’t you learner from last season

      1. Sue did we insert a sell on clause or a buy back clause? There isn’t any consistent news from the media.

        1. Both, Arsenal have xhaka, torreira and guendouzi, so decided not to exercise the buy back clause, and automatically we’ll get 30 percent. Again not 100 percent sure but from all the news that is circulating.

          1. We had the chance to match any offer for him, but declined.. so now – as Invisible says – will receive 30% from his transfer fee (every little helps ?) although seems like it’s going to be another case of the youngster going & flourishing & we’ll rue our decision!!

  3. ……………Leno
    Bellerin..Sokratis.holding..Tierney
    ……..Torreira…Ceballos
    Zaha………..Fekir……Fraser
    …….Aubameyang/Lacazette

    1. Be realistic bro. There’s no way Zaha is coming to Arsenal. Fekir also. Fraser is a forgotten story.

    2. Solid line up but our midfield would be overrun by stronger players then there is the lack of height in there

  4. It pisses me that we will still see Xhaka in our starting lineup next season and probably even be our captain.
Hope he learns how to be fast, turn with the ball quickly and cut off every mistake

  5. While it was “only” for Fulham last season Chambers was their player of the season playing in their midfield.

    Auba…..Laca……Nelson/New Signing

    Ceballos
    Chambers……….Torreria

    Tierney.. Sok.. Holding.. Bellerin

    Leno

    1. Chambers as a backup to Torreira. Both in the same lineup – not going to happen. In which case Elneny can be sold even for a pittance as we sure don’t need 3 senior DMs.

  6. Just wanted to know whether the yellow prints on the back of our away home kit will stay or will be changed to white

  7. Don’t get the fascination around Zaha? Mahrez at his best wasn’t this hyped up and he’s ten times better than that Utd flop

  8. Zaha – no thanks. Too much show, no end product.
What we need most of all is strengthening the defense.

  9. The only way this current crop of management will be seen as a success to me is how they treat these 3 players and not who they buy.
    1) Martinez – this keeper is miles better than Leno and I wonder why he was continuously loaned
    2) Mavropanos – our best centerback by a country mile
    3) Iwobi – our best winger by a country mile

    1. Haha
All 3 of your statements are beyond fantasy..
Leno -one of the best keepers I’ve ever seen at the club ,easy top 3in this league
Mavro-played like 3 games and as a lot to learn
Iwobi -bloody hell where do you start ,if he’s our best winger we are doomed .should be moved on so we can start moving up the table .

        1. No wonder most arsenal fans are shortsighted!!! I’ll remind you when this coach (I don’t actually rate) sells them and they shine enormously.

  10. It seems the weeks are passing and we are signing this player, that player……actually no player. Reminds me of Wenger’s ‘how hard we tried’ statements. Oh how I hate ‘talkie talkie’. You have to respect clubs who are ‘walkie walkie, who put money where their mouths are. It really doesn’t matter all the big hype. Where is anybody? We still only have the young Brazilian boy. Yes I expect signings, but Arsenal’s reluctance to pay the cash and get things over the line is the new Arsenal normal. We had one pro-active year with Sven Mislintat and then he ran for his life away from lies and the delusion of the three stooges, Venkatesham, Sanllehi and Kroenke (whether Satan Kroenke or son of Satan). The whole policy is shite. Kudos to all those clubs that have supporters as owners such as the Spuds Joe Lewis and Daniel Levy. Most owner are having a ‘love affair’ with their clubs. Arsenal, David Dein and Danny Fiszman, the Arsenal lovers, were conned by the sweet talk of Satan Kroenke. Kroenke’s character is show by the fact he tried to get a murder/hunting TV channel up and running in the UK, that tells you what a lowlife he is.
