Video Pundits- Arsenal v Man City preview – goals predicted

Arsenal v Man City – Sunday is a huge day and a game Arsenal cannot lose.

Michael Bridges and Thomas Sorensen analyse the big game on Sunday between Arsenal and Man City and both agree on one thing, there will be goals.

This video from Optus Sport is high quality and both pundits make a lot of sense with their analysis. I will not spoil their predictions in terms of winners but all agree that there will be goals galore.

One thing to note is that this video was published before the game against Standard Liege last night. Though, I am not sure that would have meant any change in their analysis.

    1. I doubt any Arsenal fan would be feeling positive about the match anyways….. Let’s just hope the damage is minimal…. and if per chance we nick a draw, we’ll party all night 😀😀…….. but deep down, I still hope we win…. somehow

The football fans mind where logic dare not tread.
        1 We gonna lose.
        2. A draw would be amazing
        3. Yet I always expect to win 🙂

  1. Depends who plays -Central defense of Bozo and Hardy then we are a goal down before kick off, Dr. Jeckyl and Mr. Hyde in the middle, then another goal down. Auba/Gaby assured one goal up, so all boils down to a proper midfield with Torrera and Guendozi, upfront Gaby, Auba, Pepe, 2 wing backs AMN / Kolasinac, Chambers and guess the other 2? Going for draw.

  2. If Freddie selects his team correctly we can win this game. Fortunately for Arsenal it has a high degree of unpredictability due to Ljunberg being an unknown quantity and hence Man City may not know what to expect! Guardiola knew Emery’s weak points so well that he knew how to hurt him. With Ljunberg even Arteta will be guessing what to expect. What Arsenal needs is not to give City too much respect but instead go toe toe with them. The moment you give City space you are gone. So the boys should come out with guns blazing and take the game to City. Of course I am not advocating for going bare chested where we could be hit on the counter. It will require every Arsenal player to double his work rate and close down City at every opportunity.
