Eddie Nketiah has continued his fine goalscoring record from this season by opening the scoring for Arsenal against Sunderland this evening.
The Gunners named an attacking line-up and started the game very-much on the front foot. We always looked likely to get on the scoresheet early, and it took just over 15 minutes of play before Nketiah was in the right place at the right time to score off the rebound after our corner kick.

The forward must be forcing his way into the managers thinking with his consistency in the cup competitions thus far, and the reality is we will likely lose him for free if he isn’t playing much in the coming months.
