Arsenal MUST win as Chelsea face tough test

Arsenal have lost their last two fixtures leaving them a huge nine points behind league leaders Chelsea, and they must now be looking to win every game to have a chance at the title.

The Gunners have an interesting encounter with Hull City coming up this weekend, but the relegation-threatened side have had an upturn in fortunes of late, and must not be taken lightly.

The Tigers have beaten Liverpool and Manchester United since the arrival of new manager Marco Silva, but we not only have home advantage this week, but have the clear ability advantage also.

Chelsea also have a tough fixture also as they travel to Turf Moor to take on Burnley, who have won nine of their 13 matches at their home stadium, including the last seven! That is a record to be proud of for any top team, let alone a mid-table side.

Liverpool and Tottenham also face each other in what raises the need for us to win further. The duo current sit in second and fifth in the PL table, A draw would most likely be ideal in our hunt to secure a Champìons League place for next season, but with the Reds seemingly like they need the win more, they may well give the advantage to the away side.

Arsenal have to win for a number of reasons, in order to kill their run of consecutive defeats, to keep our side in the top top, and to also give ourselves a shot at the title (should CFC slip up).

Will Wenger be able to fire the team up to do the business this week? Who will win the LFC-Spurs game? Could Chelsea drop points?
