Arsenal really ARE planning for life without Wenger

It would appear that Silent Stan and his henchmen on the Arsenal Board are making big changes to the backroom staff so that the club can carry on moving forward when Arsene Wenger finally decides to throw in the towel. We certainly look like we are bringing in some quality dealmakers as we have already signed up Sven Mislintat from Dortmund as our Head of Recruitment.

He has now going to be joining up with Raul Sanllehi in February, who has had the best training ever ifor future player negotiations by spending 14 years at Barcelona in Spain and will be the first point of contact for the club with international and domestic governing bodies.

These two arrivals show the fans that Kroenke is willing to bring in the best talent to the club across the whole spectrum of our management, and will be taking a load of work of Arsene Wenger’s shoulders as move into a new future when Le Prof is no longer at the club.

Our Chief Exec Ivan Gazidis said: “In the past three years we have supplemented our team with more top-class expertise across every aspect of our football operations.

“Raul’s appointment is another important step in developing the infrastructure we need at the club to take everything we do to the next level. Raul has extensive contacts across the football world and has been directly involved in some of the biggest transfers in Europe in recent years. We look forward to him bringing that expertise to Arsenal.”

As we all know, Arsene Wenger has always been against bringing in outsiders to assist in Arsenal’s transfers so this is a brave move by the Arsenal Board. The club will survive and stay at the top with or without Wenger, just as we did before he arrived. We are slowly moving on.
