Arsenal tracking TWO strikers and a defender for January transfer?

We might not know until the last few days of the January transfer window whether Arsenal will have any new players available for the second half of the season. Arsene Wenger himself might not know as there are a lot of things that could happen between now and then, with injury problems, loss of form and players becoming available all potential game changers for the boss.

Will we have Danny Welbeck fit again and will we lose any others in the meantime? You would have to assume that any setbacks to the forward line would mean that Wenger´s pursuit of a striker increased dramatically and I would also assume that the Frenchman would not leave his scouting until the last minute.

So perhaps the recent Arsenal transfer rumours reported by The Mirror are early signs that the boss is getting his wish list ready. The report carries the latest on the rumours that we are keen on taking the want away Real Madrid forward Jese Rodriguez but that is not all.

According to reports in the German press, Wenger is also targeting the Schalke centre back Benedikt Howedes and the Bayer Leverkuse forward Karim Bellarabi, so what do you think Gooners? Will we see a bit more action in this transfer window?
