Arsenal v Watford Preview, Line-Up and score Prediction – Back on track at last?

Ahead of Arsenal taking on Troy Deeney’s pack of cojones this afternoon, most of the pundits keep harping on about the Gunners current record of four domestic defeats in a row, and whether they can get back to winning ways against Watford today. And of course Watford have just recorded two home wins as well.

But of course that is not the whole story, as the Gunners are back on home turf at the Emirates where they have only lost twice in the League all season and if you look at their last six League games at home it looks much more encouraging.

The Gunners two defeats have come against Man United and Man City which is hardly a disgrace, while Watford may be feeling confident after their three home wins in a row, but away from Vicarage Road their recent form is nowhere near impressive and they have only gained one point from their last 8 games.

So I think Arsenal fans should stop worrying so much, and after our great win in Milan we should be ready to kick back on in the League.

As for team news, Wenger is expecting Chambers and Kolasinac to be fit to play, although Bellerin and Monreal are not going to be available. Lacazette is also still out injured we will definitely have Aubameyang leading the line after missing out at the Milan game.

So here is my predicted line-up…

Cech
Chambers  Koscielny  Mustafi  Maitland-Niles
Xhaka Wilshere  Ramsey
Mkhitaryan  Ozil
Aubameyang

So despite all the naysayers I am feeling pretty certain that Arsenal will win the game comfortably 2-0, and we will get our 1000th goal and Petr Cech will get his 200th clean sheet!
