Injury problems mean Hull is PERFECT for Arsenal’s Sanogo

According to some of the recent Arsenal transfer rumours and a few words from Arsene Wenger, our young French striker Yaya Sanogo is set to spend the rest of the season on loan in order to gain some valuable game time. The Arsenal boss clearly wants that loan spell to be with a Premier League club and with two of them vying for the 21-year old, Wenger will probably get his wish.

But which of the two clubs should Sanogo join? The football media seems to think that Crystal Palace are the clear favourites and with Alan Pardew taking over at Selhurst Park, it looks like it would be a positive experience and hopefuly not a tough relegation battle.

But I think that recent events mean that Sanogo would do better to choose to join Steve Bruce at Hull City. The reason is that Hull’s injury situation means that Sanogo would be almost certain to play, with Alukp, Jelavic and Hernandez all out of action.

The whole idea is for the France under 21 international to play and as well as being sure to do this with the tigers, Steve Bruce actually sets his team up to play with a big centre forward, so it would even suit Sanogo’s game of pace and power. Palace might seem like the better side to join, but they have plenty of options and play in a different way, so the young Gunner could find himself on the bench there as well.

So Yaya, get yourself to Hull and back!
