Excited with the prospect of 2018/19 season under the new management team! The coming of Unai Emery is exciting because he is a man to prove a point after PSG….
Here are my tips for the team next season…….
●We currently have the best Goalkeepers in Cech and Ospina but I feel we need to shuffle that department…I suggest we sell Ospina (though he is my favorite) and Martinez and use the money to bringing in Jan Oblak (I would break the bank for him) or Bendt Leno (though he is the same with Ospina) as the first choice and Petr Cech becomes the cup goalie.
●I am liking the idea of revamping our Defence (Sokratis and Soyuncu) wonderful additions….BUT I still believe in Mustafi tho…his confidence just need to be worked on! Chambers and Mavropanos are OK but we need to send Holding and Osei-tutu on loan that they gain experience and aggressiveness.
Having Litchsteiner in the squad was a very good addition it shows we are serious about winning next season…he can play in any formation and good for Bellerin to improve his game. Emery has to work on Kolasinac a lot…I feel he is not tight enough defensively and not forceful enough in attack and his passing isnt accurate somtimes…tho he is a powerful player who can score given the opportunity. Or we can go for another option in Van Aanholt (Crystal Palace)
●All these years our achilles heel has been the midfield…especially an aggressive and tough defensive midfielder like Vieira or Bousquets or Kroos…
Xhaka and Elneny can be these guys, if properly drilled…but I feel 2 more additions to our midfield is ok….the links we getting to Nzonzi and Djami or Perreira….Adli is an exciting and interesting addition…
●I feel we can let Wilshere go and get Fellaini…it’s a good bargain…
●I also feel we need a speedy and scoring Winger…and aggressive! The talk of Pavon or Malcom or Fekir is encouraging…and really we can’t rely on Welbeck as a winger!
■Arsenal can be a very deadly team with a powerful combination brewing between Lacazette and Aubemeyang and Mikhitharyan and Ozil (tho he is like weather, but can be deadly if he wants)….we can be scoring goals for fun next season! With the prospect of having huge figures in midfield who can provide height in attack and defence!
♥If we acquire these players our second team will be very powerful that we can challenge for any trophy…and we can be the difference between us and Spurs or Liverpool or Chelsea because they don’t have a good second team when it gets tough…!
