There is nothing but good news for Arsenal fans every day, and it could be that the two final pieces of our improving squad have finally joined up with the Gunners, with the news that both Lucas Torreira and Stephan Lichtsteiner joined in their first training sessions yesterday.
They may be a little behind the players that have been with Emery since the start of pre-season, but they can only improve a team that is looking more and more comfortable in every game. Hector Bellerin believes that there has been nothing but positives to take from our tour of Singapore. Everything is looking positive, and Emery still has another 12 days to hone the squad for the visit of Champions Man City to the Emirates. He is aiming to have the team at their peak to give Pep Guardiola’s side a shock in their first defence of the title.
