Unai Emery full new team confirmed – Bouldy remains in place

The official Arsenal website have now confirmed the full line-up of coaches that will be working under Unai Emery next season, and steve Bould has been retained as Assistant Head Coach but alongside Emery’s usual sidekick Juan Carcedo.

The rest of his team are; First Team Coach, Pablo Villanueva; Director of High Performance, Darren Burgess; Strength and Conditioning Coach, Julen Masach; Goalkeeping Coach, Javi Garcia; Goalkeeping Coach, Sal Bibbo and Data/Video Analyst, Victor Manas.

Although there have been a massive amount of changes the Gunners Chief Ivan Gazidis is pleased that Bould, along with a couple of others, have been kept to help ease the effects on all the players who have never known a system without Arsene Wenger at the helm. Gazidis said: “Unai has a very strong and talented team and I’m delighted that they are joining us.

“I’m also pleased that Steve Bould, Sal Bibbo and Darren Burgess will continue their work with us. As we go through this period of change, we need to retain some continuity and they have an important role to play.”

So we are all now prepared for our brave new future. It remains to be seen if there is too much disruption in such a short space of time, but we have many reasons to be optimistic.

Exciting times ahead!
