What can Fabregas expect on Arsenal return?

I am sure that the former Arsenal midfielder and club captain Cesc Fabregas will be hoping for a decent reception when he comes back to the Emirates to play for the first time since he left the club for Barcelona and La Liga back in August of 2011. But I don’t think that he will get his wish.

Although Arsenal fans have not looked at Fabregas in the same way as some other departing players like Samir Nasri and Robin van Persie, probably because we understood that being born in Barcelona and spending his formative years in their famous La Masia academy would always make him want to play for them.

The problem is that the Spaniard is now playing for our Premier League rivals Chelsea and it does not help that they look set to win the title. Neither does it help that Fabregas has been full of praise for his new manager Jose Mourinho who has had a long running feud with his former mentor Arsene Wenger.

So I reckon that Cesc is in for some stick on Sunday. I would like to think that the Arsenal fans would remember the years of great service he gave to the Gunners and maybe he will get some applause at first, but then it will be all about the present situation and judging from the video from Youtube below in which an Arsenal fan calls him a disgrace and demands the Fabregas banner be removed from the stadium, I think the Chelsea man is in for a tough time. What do guys think of the situation?
