Why Arsenal boss will be gutted over Mourinho sacking?

I am making a leap of imagination here and making an educated guess that the Arsenal manager will not be happy to hear the news that our Premier League rivals (sort of) Chelsea have parted company with their loudmouth lout of a manager for the second time.

Even though the mutual bad feeling and lack of warmth between Arsene Wenger and Jose Mourinho is a matter of common knowledge and much talk in the football media, and the hard to argue with theory that the Arsenal boss will feel no sympathy with his rival, I reckon that he would rather have seen Mourinho keep his job, for now anyway, and I will tell you why.

The main reason is that Chelsea under Mourinho were simply awful and were showing very little sign of getting any better. Wenger might feel personally better to not have to deal with the disrespect of the Portuguese pillock but as far as the club goes it would be better if Mourinho stayed and their Premier League problems continued. It would certainly have made our chances of revenge for the travesty of Mike Dean earlier this season more likely. Now the Frenchman will not get the best chance ever to beat Jose in the Premier League

There is another reason for Wenger to want his rival to stay in charge at Stamford Bridge as well, however, and this is on a more personal note, because the prof must have been loving all the suffering that his serial taunter was going through and was probably looking forward to a few well chosen verbal barbs aimed at the special one.

Oh well Arsene, at least you have been proved the better man and the better manager. Arsenal fans, on the other hand, should be delighted that Maureen has been unceremoniously dumped. I know I am.
