  1. I believe we need an established, rock-hard CB in January. I don’t know if there are any available, but we need one. Pool got Van Dijk in the winter window so we must get one.

    IMO, players like
    Mkhitaryan
    Özil
    Mustafi
    Ramsey (confirmed by media)

Will need to get replaced sooner than later. Plus the first 2 have hit their 30’s already and they are far too INCONSISTENT. Not to mention they are expensive to keep.

I still think Mkhitaryan and Özil have demand outside PL.

  2. Agree with Mc Lovin. We need a rock like cd with the thou shalt not pass/score mentality.
The cd needs to be big and mobile somelike Luiz will do.
I am encouraged by the display against Klopp. In the old days the players
will wait for the pass before running. Now its run and pass which is good and
    make defenders work harder.
Furthermore Emery passes as well high and through balls.Best of all was Iwobi
    running at the defenders.
The epl crown is a season or 2 away but I have confidence the gunners can finish in the top 4.
Btw, Emery is abreath of fresh sweeping all the cobwebs away from the Wenger era.

  3. Yes we need a big CB to eventually play along side the impressive Rob Holding but I have been pleased with Mustafi’s form in the last few games, especially against Liverpool where he was really very good.
Also, a few weeks ago who would have thought that Torriera and Xhaka would become our best pair at the base of midfield? With Bellerin improved and hopefully Monreal back soon, Iwobi looking impressive too, the team is starting to pick itself. The biggest conundrum is trying to fit Laca and Auba in together. They certainly looked good when Auba was playing more as an inside forward rather than out wide. Happy days.
