Arsenal increase ties with Indonesian fans

Arsenal are continuing their commercial agreements with companies in the Asian sector by announcing a partnership with the Bank Muamalat, whereby they can offer Arsenal-related goods to Indonesian fans and even run some coaching courses on the islands in partnership with the Muslim Bank.

Arsenal’s Chief Commercial Officer Vinai Venkatesham said on Arsenal.com: “We are delighted to welcome Bank Muamalat to our family of commercial partners. Bank Muamalat is a well-established bank in Indonesia with a stable and ever increasing customer base.

“This is the second partnership we have concluded in Indonesia this season and underlines the level of support we have in the country. With more Indonesian fans following Arsenal on Facebook than in any other country, we have a significant opportunity to engage further with our supporters through this partnership with Bank Muamalat”.

ARSENAL – ONE OF THE BEST CLUBS IN THE WORLD

The CEO of Bank Muamalat, Endy Abdurrahman, was also happy to announce the partnership and looks forward to a profitable arrangement for both sides. He said: “Bank Muamalat strives to give the best experience to customers through collaboration with selected partners in order to achieve our vision of becoming a top ten bank in Indonesia. Arsenal, as one of the best football clubs in the world with brilliant performances in the Barclays Premier League, is the right partner for the Bank to increase business growth primarily in the youth segment by becoming the first Islamic bank in Indonesia to co-brand with an international football club.”

In Arsenal’s role as an ethically-run club and it’s work with youth training around the world can only be good for the future of the Gunners as sponsorship deals and partnerships spring up in every continent in the world. Asia is definitely one of the fastest growing markets, and as Arsenal are already so popular it only makes sense to continue with these sorts of deals to keep the club as the best example of Premier League football.

Long may our great club progress and prosper !
