Arsenal still in market for a winger/striker – Niang or Coman?

So it looks like Unai Emery is going to set up Arsenal with two strikers in every game as it is being reported we are still in the market for another striker/winger. Every Gooner reckons that we really need a left-winger and I can see us getting more options if Welbeck and Perez are moved on shortly.

According to the Express, the player we are after is M’Baye Niang. They reported….

Arsenal were credited with serious interest in getting Niang on-board during his six-year spell at AC Milan.

And it seems his performances for Senegal at the World Cup have put him back on their radar.

According to Tutto Mercato Web, Arsenal made contact with Torino concerning Niang.

And they apparently requested information on him, with a potential swoop on the cards.

Whereas the Sun believe that the Gunners are also checking out the Bayern Munich star Kingsley Coman. Their report said…

ARSENAL boss Unai Emery is ready to offer £44million for Bayern Munich star Kingsley Coman, according to reports.

The 22-year-old star missed France’s victorious World Cup campaign because of injury, but is said to be recovering well….

..Coman, who signed a new deal with Bayern in December, was injured for almost three months last season because of ankle ligament damage, eturning only for a brief appearance in the German Cup defeat to Eintracht Frankfurt.

The former Paris Saint-Germain and Juventus forward signed permanently for Bayern last summer after two years on loan at the club.

It is not clear whether Bayern would be willing to sell, although £44m would be almost double what they paid for the forward.

So these are two very promising targets if we had to replace Welbeck. Which one would you prefer?
