Confirmed Arsenal team to take on Vorskla – A whole Arsenal first team!

This should be Arsenal’s first reserve team game this evening as Arsenal take on Vorskla in the first game of the Europa League Group Stages. This will be the first chance that Unai Emery gets to see his reserves playing some competitive football, albeit against a minor European side and hopefully some of them will be trying to impress the boss enough to earn promotion to the starting line-up…

Not everyone agreed with me but I fully expected Emery to change the whole starting XI, especially with the League game against Everton coming up this weekend, so this was the team that I predicted…

Leno
Lichtsteiner – Mavropanos – Holding – Osei-Tutu
Elneny – Torreira – Smith-Rowe
Willock- Nketiah – Welbeck

So now we are just waiting to see which team Emery has decided on, and it should be coming up right now….

Wow! Emery really is taking this seriously!

Apart from Holding, this is the team we should be starting every week in the premier league.I hope their performance tonight proves me right.Go for it Gunners..

Elneny is better than the erratic Xhaka defensively. So to me in must win matches I prefer him over Xhaka any day.

          Guendozi is better than Eleny
And why would you want to start tutu, Welbeck and Wilock every week. Or Niketiah for that matter when when we have Lacazette and Aubameyang?

Check again. There is no Tutu Willock or Nketiah in that line up..As for Guendouzi he is still learning the trade and i wont hype him.

I agree with you Elneny is a piece of shit no creativity at all just running around like a headless chicken

I guess Emery wants to test some of these players, to see whether they could perform better than the regular starters or not

I have got a feeling Welbeck, Holding, Mkhitaryan and Torreira would surprise us

As well I think this lineup is even stronger than the one we have been experimenting with from the beginning of the season.

I don’t know how to say it but Welbeck, Iwobi, Mkitaryan and Lacazette have a certain connection when they play together; and this i cannot say with the frequent squad of ramsey, xhaka, ozil who are inserted in unsuitable positions that unbalance the team.

Finally we get to see leno in goal and a proper defender in licthsteiner…I hope they both don’t disappoint… Nice to see holding playing too we need every one to get a chance …COYG

With this lineup surely we can beat this vorskla team by 5 or more goals to nil.

I am looking forward to lichtsteiner teaching bellerin how to cross a football.

Alex iwobi to Pierre emerick aubamayang and arsenal draw the first blood ,and what a pass from Alex iwobi

  7. Rkw

A bit dreary til last few minutes …neat but pointless passing nice move for goal …silent crowd … Torreira has to be regular starter … Sokratis looking better but with zero forward threat that’s not difficult …Iwobi had some nice moves on wing but completely clueless with last pass .. Excepting the goal .. Would throw on a youngster or two from the hour market in hope of injecting a bit of life in to this

Omg@Rkw,am not sure we are watching the same match, iwobi completely clueless with the last pass, man you need to change your television direction

  9. LENOhappy

Iwobi just gave Mhki another pass that he missed, seconds later he created the chance for mhki which he crossed for webz to score
