Arsenal have released their latest injury news update and it is very positive, especially with regards to Granit Xhaka, Mesut Ozil and Rob Holding.
All three are in full training with the first team and whatever your feelings on each individual player and whether they should be picked to play it is good news to see the return of the trio, especially Rob Holding.
It is very unlikely that Holding will see any first-team action before the international break because he is still undergoing on-field rehabilitation but he is certainly getting closer to a return.
Xhaka and Ozil however, are both in with a shout at some form of participation against Liverpool on Saturday evening.
The news is also positive for the other Arsenal players sidelined by injury. Emile Smith Rowe could be back in full training within the next ten days and October could see the return of the rest of the injured stars.
Hector Bellerin is doing on-field rehabilitation and is expected to be back in full training at some point in October
Kieran Tierney and Dinos Mavropanos are both receiving ongoing treatment for their groin injuries and same as Bellerin, are expected to be back in full training in October as well.
While it would be great to see all these players back right now it is still heartening to know that by November we could well be at full strength which will set up Arsenal perfectly for the crucial festive period.
